Best customer service!!
This Home Depot has the best employees and they don't run the other way when you have that I need help look on your face. I needed help in purchasing a microwave and couldn't find the counter top models. I looked around and saw an employee, asked if he could direct me and that's how I met Ricardo, whom I'll never forget. He stayed with me and didn't act like I was a bother. He answered my questions, made suggestions and after I made my choice he loaded in my cart and took me all the way to checkout. I couldn't thank him enough. At checkout, I met Tina who explained the extended warranty, which I purchased. She was very kind and knowledgeable about the product warranty. After I made my purchase, an employee named Mel offered to help me to my vehicle, which he did in the rain! He was so kind and I felt like I was the only customer there with all the attention I got! I felt special and will forever go back there for anything I need that they sell! If you want TRUE customer service, I suggest Home Depot in Pell City. Ask for Ricardo, Tina or Mel if you need any help! I'm sure they're employees are all great, but they were who I dealt with.

    I brought a Traeger pellet Grill and I am very pleased with it so far one of the Managers help me with it and even call two employees up to help me load it in my truck and to make sure that it was good for me.

      Pell City Alabama Review
      In my opinion this has been run poorly for years. Recent management change has shown some improvement yet many associates behavior is unacceptable. Online orders and pickups work the best. The poor approach to service exists today. Rude immature adults wearing no identification act as if the customer is not to be served. Embarrassing a customer into feeling unwelcome or breaking some rule is not acceptable. Managing inventory over sales is not a customer fault. Not to be yelled about down half an aisle as a problem. Clearly there is a conflict of interest inside the store as far as who is running the operation. Be warned. You matter! Make your experience known. Corporate America is in the dumpster.

                    3rd Party Return Verification Policy Treats Customers Like Criminals Because Of Someone Else's Actions
                    Your new Company Policy and 3rd Party Refund Verifications Policy is a chronic failure to the common returning Customers. It would be different if there were a threshold of a dollar amount to cross before this ignorant 3rd Party Verifications Denial Policy would take place. As it stands now, the 3rd Party Return Verification Policy treats all (lost) non-receipt Customers like they are criminals based on other individuals' fraudulent actions especially if paid for in cash when purchased. This was a $7 toilet connector that your inventory, as well as your (own) transaction records, could be inaccurate. There was another large Retailer (HQ Hardware) about 20+ years ago that decided to start treating its' own Customers with absolute disregard with policies like this 3rd Party Return Verification Policy, and then in the short term of years; began their (own) slow crawl to bankruptcy because they forgot about the thousands and thousands of dollars that the returning Customers had already spent with them, and made it too difficult to do business with them. Sad way of doing business.
