Really thought the cashier Judith was extremely nice and very pleasant. She recommended opening up and account and I was approved right away.

I am recommending this location only because of Steve in the appliance section. We purchased a washer, waited a week to have it installed. Within 5 mins of the installation and the guys leaving the power to the machine failed. Called the store and the company as directed and was told I couldn’t get a replacement until Jan 2021. The store initially told me that we had to go through the delivery company, finally I got Steve and he found a way to fix the situation. We brought the washer back that night, he got the approval for the return, went and found what washers they had in stock, and helped us complete the exchange. All while the store was closing for the night, true customer service at it’s finest. Steve saved the night! Anyone who is shopping for an appliance and going to this HD I would highly recommend asking for Steve, if he isn’t there that day I would come back.

This is a great Home Depot. I think the people who work there are not only knowledgeable in their trade, but I find that the friendliest and courteous people work there as well. Shout out to the Plumbing Department!

I just love this Home Depot Store. It is well-organized, clean, safe, and the people are just awesome. Special Kudos to the plumbing department including Nick, Tom, Frank and Sue. I will never forget this team for the help they gave me on a certain plumbing project. I know too that the people that work in other departments are just as nice and knowledgeable as well. This a terrific Home Depot.

This has always been our go to store for small projects & lawn equipment. Recently we had a very good experience buying a major appliance. The sale was easy, the delivery & set up was the best ever.

The store is clean, organized and enough room throughout the store to remain socially distant. Be sure to ask for Cashier John who had a welcoming personality and truly made the customer feel as though they were not an inconvenience. We need more "John's" in customer service. Happy Shopping!

Don’t expect much help or very friendly cashiers. It’s better to travel to Lowe’s or a small hardware store for better service.

I do about $50,000 a year with HD. I have been to over 25 HD locations in my customer area. The #4102 Fairless Hills location in my opinion is the best in customer service, organization, helpful associates and just an overall good shopping experience. Thanks HD

I really enjoy shopping at the Oxford Valley Home Depot. I always find what I need and the employees are very willing to help. The store is organized and well stocked. I was able to get a perfect paint match and the plumbing product I needed. Kimmie Jackson is a great employee. She ended up helping me at both the paint counter and the plumbing department. Everyone at the Oxford Valley store is very helpful.

The store was Clean, organize and has friendly staff.

I was denied my military discount. I had the proper ID and documentation and told it wasn't good enough. I dont need or expect this, but the manner it was handled was sub-par.

Horrible customer service from employees on the floor. They were unwilling to retrieve a box from a higher shelf even though the box on the floor was damaged. I ended up taking the damaged box and found imperfections in the product when I got it home.

In general, the employees are always around, available to help, the store is clean and organized. I will recommend it 100%.

The people who work at oxford valley go beyond what I expected

Suddenly we see mouse droppings! After clearing out the space I think I'd like to get a spray. Called Oxford Valley store. Yes, they have it in stock. On the phone, wonderful Holly helped me through the order, took my credit card number, & this will be ready for pickup within about 2 hours. Couldn't have been a better experience, but this is what I always and receive from this store. I should add that questions about my projects suggest that I am more competent than I am.
