The store has changed check out options to only have self serve. Self service check out is a good option, but it should not be a requirement and if the customer chooses self service there should be a discount as the store will need less clerks. It should be noted that this trend of more self service is part of more automation that is decreasing employment opportunities .

I like the store, I can usually get what I need and its relatively close to home

I accidentally answere A question incorrectly and I tried to correct it and And was unable to do so the question had to do with what I shot at Home Depot and my answer is absolutely yes. As mentioned I tried to correct it or to go back in and was on able to do so. I enjoy shopping at Home Depot ask for Valley cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff make it worth coming that in addition the price is usually good

Been going here for years and years. I am a woman, and I have this joke that this store, for me, is better than going to the mall, because everything fits!

This visit to Home Depot was the worst yet. Way too many empty shelves.

We were able to get the attention of an associate to the department were we needed help very quickly. All personal we asked for information were friendly and knew where products could be found. Our special order was handled with clarity and care.

Good place to shop for any of your home improvement projects.

Management at this store Is terrible ! there are not that many employees that know their product ! There are too many out of stock items, Store is too cluttered. The orange shirt employees just stand around and do nothing ! Too many carts filled with trash in aisles !

Purchased a washer and dryer from this store last year and recently purchased a convertible hand truck at this store as well. Extremely competent, professional and customer friendly staff. Spent time with me explaining what I needed to know concerning the purchase of a new washer and dryer. A staff member assisted me in locating a convertible hand truck. Not only verbally directed me over to the area where hand trucks were located, but physically walked me over to that location as well. The customer service was exceptional and the store shelves were fully stocked with home supplies and equipment.

I ordered online and picked up in the store. From ordering to picking up my experience was completely positive. It was a very easy and convenient process since I didn't have to search the store for my items.

George was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

Found the foot locker my son needed for his Scouts trip online as inventoried in this store, but couldn't find it on the floor when I looked. An associate named Jason helped me look for it in three different departments. After I pulled up the page from the website, he was able to find it located on the top shelf in storage and closed down two aisles and got a pallet jack to get it down for me. This was particularly challenging since it was a busy Saturday around noon. Jason had a great attitude and was VERY helpful!

The Home Depot is my preferred store for buying anything home improvement related. This particular store is convenient, usually has what I'm looking for, and the customer service staff are both friendly & helpful.

Orange shirt employees, stand around in groups, are not very Knowledgeable. there are not enough Aproned employees for this big store, management is rude and should not hide in the back ! Store is DIRTY ! Too much merchandise and trash in aisles.
