Orange shirt employees, stand around in groups, are not very Knowledgeable. there are not enough Aproned employees for this big store, management is rude and should not hide in the back ! Store is DIRTY ! Too much merchandise and trash in aisles.

Patient and helpful staff made my shopping trip a pleasure. I’m new to this store, so I knew going in that finding what I needed was going to take some work. I used the app to find then aisle and bin location, but what I was looking for wasn’t there. The associate in the area helped and and I was on my way to checkout in no time. At the checkout, the cashier had to go to the cage to get the lock I needed. She took the time to make sure what hey had was indeed what I was looking for and was pleasant the entire time. At no point did I feel rushed or like I was being a bother by any of the workers there. I’ve gone to this location a few times and have had similar interactions each time. Thank you and please keep up the good work!

Sale people were GREAT. They took their time to assist me with my needs, and they did not hassle me to buy something I did not need. I was in and out quickly with all I needed. They were helpful and knowledgeable. The store was next and clean with many items for selection.

I received a lot of assistance in the lawn and garden dept. by an employee named "LOU" and he made my day. He assisted me with what I needed and even offered to get me help to my car which was important as a woman, who cannot carry big items.

Of the four HD stores in my area, Oxford Valley has without a doubt, the most professional and knowledgeable staff of all the home improvement stores around. An at sixty-three years old, after living here my entire life, that's a lot of stores.

I had 3 employees help me locate and explain items. My Cashier was outstanding, friendly and helpful. I'll be back!

The Home Depot sales personnel are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I always find what I need and pick up some great bargains along the way. It is a pleasure to shop here!

I frequent this store often for so many items and also Flowers. I've been going to this store for many years, since it opened. Everyone is quite helpful in helping you find what you need and they take you right to the item. And Kevin, one of the Managers helped me with locating the Mulch I needed and handled the situation to my satisfaction. Thank you to all for the great service. It keeps us coming back for sure.
