We easily found exactly what we wanted, and despite coming at the oddest time imaginable- late Sunday evening- every associate was friendly & very knowledgeable. We got direct help from several that helped us with lifting, checkout & loading. We get excellent service EVERY time we go & all the associates seem to be super informed on what they carry. If I'm going to need help , this is the store I'll go to!

I was very pleased at the helped that I received from a manager on duty. He walked me around the entire store making sure that all of my needs were met. Not only was he friendly but his entire staff that were on duty the day that I shopped were friendly as well. This store "ROCKS"!!! Great team, friendly atmosphere and clean store. All a plus!!!!!!!

I'm always able to find what I need at the Home Depot Store in Oxford, AL. A lot of times I will check on line to see if what I need is avaible. It will tell me the items location, how manys avaible and the price. The sales associates are very helpful as well! I really enjoy this store, from the garden center to the building materials!

My husband is a contractor and shops at the Oxford Alabama Home Depot very often. Lets just say everybody knows my husband. While he is getting his contracting order done I am into the Home and garden section of the store. I come back with a plant and very happy with my selection for that visit. This was an awesome trip. I really hate shopping, but I was able to get in the store ,because of the cleanliness and design ,in and out in alot less time than I expected. Also,our cashier,Ruby,did an exceptional job checking us out in a timely manner as well.

The products where easy to find and hard to pick cause they are different varieties of products to choose from always a pleasure and never leave empty handed from Home Depot.

This is a great store and has extremely helpful employees. I wish I could give you names, since 2 of your employees have been especially helpful, but not allowed to do that. I will just say that I have had many good experiences shopping at this store, especially in lawn, garden and outdoor things and most recently in your flooring department. I would like to say that every visit I have had there has been a good one and has been much better than what I have experienced at the local and national competitor (who I won't name in case I'm not allowed but it begins with L). A big thanks to all the associates here at the Oxford, AL location.

I asked an associate if Home Depot carried funnels. She looked it up and directed me to correct the aisle the funnel was on. I was pleasantly surprised to find out Home Depot carries a few automotive items like lubricants and such. And funnels. Who knew!

The local competitor did not offer the same quality product at the same price.

I purchased the red mulch,the river bed rock,and 4 tomato plants. The personnel loaded all of these purchases for me. I have always received this type of courtesy when shopping for similar items.

We are always impressed with the assistance and friendliness of the associates in the lawn nd garden department and th cleanliness.
