I am a contractor so I shop here a lot. The service I get from Brad, Jeff and Danny in the electrical dept is ALWAYS excellent.

Jesus and Jim in flooring did a great job.

The products were easy to find and the store was clean... the associate we're friendly n helpful......

A couple years ago I didnt even think of going to this HD. But now i feel very comfortable here. The employees also look out for the trucks so "nobody picks up" your tools from the vehicles.

The have improved the appearance of the store and also customer service

Very fast service, in and out in a matter of minutes, good layout eazy to fined what I need lots of employees marking shopping even faster. 9/10

Store employees from the parking lot to cashiers were very helpful and friendly, I appreciate the customer service and quick response on the floor. Thank you associates you deserve a pat on the back

This store review is based on my personal experience as a repeated customer throughout the years. That being said, This store rarely disappoints! It's really close to home and I have basically purchased ALL my home tools and some appliances here since I've been a homeowner. I usually already know where to park when I arrive, so I'm normally able to avoid traffic congestion (if some) when I leave. Cart's of all sorts are available depending on what you plan to purchase for the day. The staff is helpful and is willing to make sure you know where to get (Aisle) what you need. Customer Service on returns is a breeze as long as you have a receipt it always makes the process a lot easier. Cashiers are friendly and always inquire about your store visit for the day. Also, it helps if you're on very limited time, that they provide plenty of "Self Checkout" registers to get you out of there ASAP! Lastly, the garden section is always stocked and has just about what you need for ANY front or backyard experience. Again, this brief review is based on my own experience with the store and may differ from other's point of view. However, I haven't had a bad experience here yet, so I will gladly continue to contribute to the this store and hope that it will remain here for a very long time.

AWESOME STORE. Oxnard store is my Toy Box for sure. Ask anyone for help and you will be taken care of.

Associate in plumbing was very helpful and Koree the cashier was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of her job

All good. Restrooms very far away from 80% of store. They don’t care- right

What a great location!! Room for loading lumber and large items. Help when needed and they walk you to the location of what you want and stay to see you get the right item of all the many different sizes available, and they do it with a smile. The store seemed clean to me and well organized. The Nursery was clean and very organized. Many other stores close by where I also shop, so shopping is a good experience.

they hire jerks to work customer service. people who have no concept of what customer service is.

As I stated in my survey report. The forsight that the store had by breing in a large supply of face masks to help reduce the amount of smoke inhalation from the Thomas Fire was greatly appreciated.

Store was great since the moment I walked in I had employees ask me various times if I need help to find something. I felt very welcomed

The female store manager, and Juan, working the Pro Desk were OUTSTANDING at solving one of Depot's biggest limitations, that is ordering at one store for a pick up at another.. I need to do this at least 1x a year and it is frustrating for me AND the employees trying to work with an antiquated system. Anyway, Juan made me feel like my business was important to him and he worked through multiple Depot software limitations to solve my problem..

The Oxnard store seems to be larger and have more stock than the store in Goleta. Consequently sometimes it's a bit more crowded.

Store carries good selections of products and its fast moving thank you at a reasonable prices

For the most this store services all my home needs, however it would be nice to find more employees in the Garden Department.

Store associates were easy to find and very helpful. There was a good variety of products to choose from and a floor associate helped me find the right carpeting I was looking for. I had been to a competitor's store prior and could not find what I was looking for and had a hard time finding an employee to ask for assistance. Home Depot came through again.
