Home Depot in Oxnard is HUGE! The employees in the Store and especially the Cashiers, like Oscar and Anthony were extremely helpful. They are accurate and professional. Home Depot has home building products that other stores don't have.

Great store! Very friendly and professional employees

I nearly walked away from the flatbed cart that felt like the brakes were on even before I loaded 10 bags of mulch. Ron came to the rescue, pushing it to the register, then out to my car where he loaded it for me. His friendly demeanor turned my frustrated frown upside down. Thank you, Ron!

The employees don't have a clue of what they're doing there.

Associates are not attentive, dress code is sloppy and unprofessional, cell phone usage on the floor is beyond abused, knowledgeable associates no longer exist. The only place I will ever shop is contractor desk and only when seasoned associates are there. Disappointing to say the least & don’t bother with management they are just as bad, if not worse. Set an example!

I usually don’t not into Home Depot and have always had somewhat a bat experience. This time changes my mind, great customer assistance in the department and when it came to check out the gentleman name Kev (according to his apron) was super friendly and engaging with me. Seems very welcoming and nice.

Very happy with everything

I needed to replace a water supply line under my kitchen sink, and Home Depot had exactly what I needed. Aisles are very organized, and the employees are very helpful. I was in and out of the store in less than ten minutes.

I frequent this store out of necessity. Today’s visit to return an item was not good. The representative at the customer service didn’t greet me and was rude when the return didn’t show up on the HD card. She didn’t bother to explain web purchases don’t. If I didn’t insist it would have been a wasted trip. If you are getting paid, it’s your responsibility to be courteous to your customers.

They are eliminating cashiers and expect me to work as a volunteer, unpaid cashier. I refuse

The employees don't have a clue about where to find products and they don't have a clue what they do. I find it very sad and you should hire people that have a some knowledge of what they're trying to sell

Bought a Samsung Refrigerator. Various models and brands and nicely displayed for shopping ease. Birdie and Joe were super helpful!

I went to Home Depot to purchase a washer/dryer combo for my boat. I grabbed an employee that was walking one of the isle's to help me place the order. It wasn't even her department but she was more than happy to help. She walked me through the home delivery, installation, and gave me contact info. if anything went wrong. She was amazing.

Great shopping experience. Was able to get the right furnace and get help in load it in my van in in a very reasonable time. All involved employees including Bill in plumbing and Tristan in checkout/cashier, were very helpful.

I bought a bed fram that was really good

We went into to get flooring for our home. Visited numerous times and Lavonne was helpful every single time. Thank you Lavonne! Workers like you are so hard to find. Truly appreciate all the time you gave us.

I was bullied and ridiculed for pointing out the employees where not wearing masks. The employees told me to get out as well as the manager.

Our hot water heater died and we were in need of a new one fast. I had called and got great service from the person on the phone. Then I got it installed quickly and with another great service person to get it done. It was overall a great experience.

The employees do not want to be there and hate customers. You will be forced through self-checkout even when you have items you need help to ring up. The people that come to help hate you, their job, and themselves.

Great place to shop!

I was in a hurry and needed to check out. The sales associate Joey D offered assistance and was very friendly.
