Store was on point! Helpful associates, social distancing for cstomers and no waiting! One question: Why aren't most store associates wearing masks?

The customer service was excellent and all the employees where very helpful and courteous.

We bought 4 pressure treated pieces of wood from your store and upon bringing them home, they are all cracked. We slightly moved them and they split in 2. We are building a very long staircase to our deck and these are not only unacceptable quality but are very unsafe to work with. Not to mention this is the third time we have had trouble with the wood but I have not wanted to say anything. We are very unsatisfied and these pieces are not cheap. Very unsatisfied customer here.

I came to get a big pot for a plant on my patio and a fruit tree for my yard. I was thrilled that Home Depot had attractive pots made from recycled rubber, so I bought one. I was also happy Home Depot had low priced persimmon trees; however, when I got home, I saw on the tree a warning label I hadn't noticed when I bought it. It said the soil was treated with Neonicotinoids. This pesticide kills bees; it's bad for the environment. Also, the root structure of the tree was insufficient, indicating chemical fertilizer dependency. I'll apply all my organic gardening skills to keep the tree alive, but it really might require fertilizer stakes, as the label recommends. Yuck.

I can find what I need easily, very well organized and clean

The store looked very clean and the employees there were very happy to help you and answer any questions that you may have. The employees working in the bathroom and wood area were very helpful, nice and very pleasant.

An employee by the name of Manny in your flooring department was very helpful, courteous and had a answer for every single question I had. It was nice to have someone say I can answer that instead of hold on let me get someone else for you.

typical big box store for home improvement, employees try hard but there is never enough of them around. hate the self checkout have been stuck behind folks who have trouble using it almost every time I go in, plus not always tags on pipe or lumber how do you scan that, they would probably do better to have register people there to really ring us out not just help us do it ourselves.

First time at this location...definitely worth the drive; very clean and awesome customer service!

I love the store. But survey sucks. I said I was very likely to shop at home depot and at end of survey it indicated I said opposite. Go figure.

We purchased a side by side refrigerator and happy with our purchase until the refrigerator was delivered.. that same night we noticed the refrigerator door was not making a tight seal, we called the hot line number within the 48 hours of delivery, and we were told to call the store where we purchased it. From there it was holding on the line for over an hour then being transferred to this person or that person. When we finally got the right person they told us we had to call the hot line number like we did in the first place. We explained what was going on and we won’t be getting someone out to look at the refrigerator for a week! Next time I’ll go somewhere else !!!

This store has lots of variety of items. Unfortunately not always in stock. My cashier Zulema made my visit enjoyable due to her positive attitude. I definitely will be returning because the great customer service she gave me at checkout.

I had a good experience today while shopping for a christmas tree. Friendly service and they were very helpful. Always had good experiences at thos store loctaion.

Normally this is my favorite Home Depot In ventura county they are so helpful never felt bad for being a single female w questions always very kind and paient However this Christmas tree Buying experience was the worst ever ! So disappointed ☹️ for lack of assistance For $91.52 Another lady was so disappointed ask for discount. I felt like I was such a bother !

It's our go to place for all our homes remodeling and repair supplies ! Louie in the paint department is most helpful employee. We have remodeled several houses most of all materials come from THD . Oxnard has the most helpful staff .

I found everything to fix and improve my rental property. I ordered high quality laminate flooring, carpeting, window coverings; I purchased bathroom and kitchen hardware and decorative items in optimum number of visits, Sales assistants are courteous and knowledgeable.

I rented a piece of machinery from this store and found out that the machine did not work properly so i took it back to get a refund but they refused. I had to pay full price for a 4hr rental. I would not rent from this place ever.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MANAGER AND OTHER EMPLOYEES.

I was astonished how unfriendly the entire staff was. Beginning with my interaction in the nails and screw isle. There was an employee stocking the shelves while listening to music thru her earpods. She was so into her music that she didn't know I was talking to her trying to ask her a question. She finally removed one earpod and answered my question. I went to the plant section and there were two employees talking by the register who didn't acknowledge me entering or leaving. I didn't buy the items I intended to buy because of the employees. The Home Depot in Van Nuys and in the Marina del Rey have much better employees. Perhaps they can provide service training to the Oxnard team.

I have frequented the Oxnard Home Depot store for many years. I find it to be in an ideal location and always fully stocked with needed items. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is always a positive experience visiting this store. I highly recommend it to shoppers seeking simple items, those renovating their home, and all contractors/builders.
