I love going to this location when I lived nearby and now I just moved and immediately checked this store for online & in person purchasing. Always friendly, courteous and helpful. Its always clean too.

Found everything I needed. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

This location is clean and if you know where your items are are your person who know exactly what you’re looking for then this location is perfect for you. However, if you’re dependent that you’re gonna go in there and get some guidance from the employee then this location is not the one for you. The first two employees that I spoke to were clearly gossiping about someone or something. The other one I asked for help was on a private phone call. I have to repeat myself three times. At the cashier, I asked for help. I was promised that employee never returned so overall again if you know what you’re doing and what you’re looking for yes, perfect location, but if you’re gonna depend on the employees, not the location to go to.

Awesome I like shopping

There is hardly anyone on the sales floor to help with customers needs. They usually call over the paging system and sometimes that doesnt work. The attitude some of there employees makes you want to shop at a different home depot.

I went with my mother and we figured we’d be helpless in this huge hardware store. While many people were warm and welcoming, we met Terrence who assisted us in 3 different areas of the Rockaway Boulevard store! He answered all of our questions and gave opinions on several items that are sold there. We left the store as very satisfied costumers. I will return & look for him in the future!
