I really like shopping at this particular store since it's quite larger than the others in Brooklyn, NY and you can find what you need or the Service Desk will find yoour selected items as well at nearby locations.

This store is filled with knowledgeable associates willing to help you. I came in looking for hardwood flooring, not laminated nor vinyl or an engineered flooring, and once in the flooring aisle their were two staff members able to assist me. then the quantity I needed was not on the floor so they sent me to the desk for someone to look up it any other stores in the area carried the item. She was very knowledgeable and professional and found my desire item is a near by store. Excellent customer service given to me in this store - S. Ozone Park store.

This wonderful young lady dulwatie went over the top to make my experience a super one.I went in to get a video door bell,I had no idea what to get and she help me with that.advice me which is the best one and help me to show me how to use it which was a tremendous help for me.wonderful person she is.her friendliness is awesome and over the top.

Excellent service, the items are mostly available, very courteous employees. not a long wait on the lines, social distancing, the bathrooms are immaculate, I always find the products I was looking for and of I don't there's always someone to assist me. and a very friendly atmosphere.

This store is at a convenient location and there is ample parking. The problem is the online inventory is always inaccurate and there is never any products your looking for. The cashiers are nice and the hardware associate is very helpful. There are a few departments like electrical that you can never find help. Unlike a lot of other stores the electrical tools are all locked in a cage. Some associates are more helpful than others but since electrical is my main trade i have to wait almost 30mins to get what i need for a job. A few changes in personnel and more accurate stock information would make this a better store. One thing i noticed about this store is some employees feel like doing thier job is like doing a favor. I dont think these people have a place in the retail field. Thats my two cents on this store.

Store manager Terrance was very polite and concern about my complaint Only one employee indra in paint department step up for the other employees and worked twice harder to get all the orders done
