We have been in a chaotic home remodel for many months. Your sales associate named Helen Marshall was a breath of fresh air! She assisted us in finding a window replacement at a cheaper price and made our visit to this home depot a very nice shopping experience. It doesn't matter what you're looking for in the store, stop by & say hello to this sales associate.

The Pace, Florida store is conviently located and is always fully staffed and kep organized and clean.

I’ve shopped at the Home Depot in Pace, FL more times than I can count, and it keeps getting better each time. The store stays clean and organized, and aisles are easy to navigate. No hunting around for what I need which is perfect. What really sells it is the staff. They’re friendly, helpful, and know their stuff. Whether I’m grabbing a quick tool or planning a bigger project, someone’s always around to give honest advice and make sure I leave with exactly what I need. I appreciate how much they care about making sure projects go smoothly. It’s clear this team takes pride in doing things right from start to finish. I’ll keep coming back to the Home Depot in Pace, FL for all my home improvement and equipment needs.

Mrs. Karen in Millworks is very knowledgably, Professional and goes out of her way to help you. She had my entire order pulled and had taken it to the Pro-Desk when I arrived. Excellent employee.

Bought the Murry MT200. Whoever assembled it did not tighten the bolts on the seat and now after 30 minutes of use, one is missing. Grass catcher had a bolt broken out of the box. Can't say much for Murry.

HD website did not allow delivery of 16' 4x4's, even though 16' 2x8's and other lumber were allowed. Customer Service Desk fixed that and other availability issues and made the large order work. Add in Military Discount, Pro Discount, and 24 month financing, and Home Depot is the go-to store!

Purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot. They had it in inventory and installed the next day. All other competitors quoted 30+ days. The manager, Yessi, was fantastic to work with - very professional with the right amount of detail to make the purchase. No more waiting for me on future appliance purchases - Home Depot will be my 1st and only stop

Michelle McNally and Kellie Carrol ARE the main reason I buy as much as I do in the Pace, FL location. They handle my purchases, materials getting picked correctly and delivered properly. Without those two ladies involved it's a mess too often! If it wasn't for those two ladies I'd take my business elsewhere for sure. They have helped source the materials I need and listened to my needs and requests and have been proactive servicing my account! HD is LUCKY, LUCKY, LUCKY to have those two smart ladies working for them!

Item was delivered on time

Three visits over the past three weeks, all super. One had Cam happily help me cut wood for a project. Another had Wendell and Nova graciously helping me with items following shoulder surgery. The latest had Anthony leading me through the process for a new water heater purchase and delivery. Great employees, great store. Thanks.

Anthony Papa was the sale specialist that assisted me. I have been in the Building Material Business (retired). He is one of the best in the business.

Needed help purchasing and loading OSB sheating. Was completely ignored by the numerous employees standing around socializing.

Just went in to purchase a trimmer blade and I ask someone where they were. That made it easy for me to find.

To say that Dennis is an outstanding employee is an understatement. We have NEVER received the quality of service he provided at any big box home improvement store. He knew we were coming from 2 hours away for a patio set. Not only did he pull the 2 boxes, he labeled them with our name and had them at the c/s desk when we arrived. He greeted us as if we had been friends forever, visited with us a few minutes, completed the purchase and arranged to have it loaded in our trailer. As we departed he was on to the next customer with the same care and compassion we received. If you could clone him you would never have a customer related issue again. Thank you Dennis

This is really the only local hardware and home repair store where I am always helped and advised by knowledgeable and competent store employees. They continue to save me a great deal of time and effort over the years.

You need a larger appliance department. You need more washers and dryers. Several different brands of smaller upright freezers.

I have bought most of my stuff I need from this location. To be honest I used to hate Home Depot in general due to the way I was treated at other locations. We had some blinds ordered and installed and they ended up being some without the features we wanted. Anthony helped us tremendously when we found out they were wrong, which was due to the blind company telling him the wrong information about them. We also were sitting right there when they told him the wrong info. This location went out of their way to help us get the right blinds and they ended up not being much more and the store helped us out. We have also bought a dishwasher from this location and the associate that works there has seen our son grow up the last year. We specifically will come in so he can see her. They care about you here and if you feel like they don’t, you probably talked to someone on a bad day.

I’ve bought over 10,000 worth of items here at Home Depot and nothings been an issue. This store always has great quality and stocked items

I normally go to Home Depot in Pace location, is close to my house. I love going to shop there. Great customer service and support. I don't have any complaints about the store.

The man who wears a mask and works in plumbing is fantastic! He helped me find the right valve to update and replace and old, obsolete valve that is not made anymore. He has helped me in the past as well, and is truly a great asset to the company and people who shop there! Give him a bonus, please!
