Staff was extremely helpful. Great selection in the garden Dept. It was a great shopping trip.

I needed additional product not purchased on a previous visit. Product readily available and in stock to meet my needs. I find I can usually find what I need and if not I can easily find a Home Depot team member to help me find what's needed.

In trying to find replacement bulbs for a fixture I have, I was unable to find it at local hardware stores but was able to find at my local Palatine Home Depot store. I can consistently find what I need.

Had an associate show us a good value for the money and offered us a complete catalog to make sure we knew all that was available.

I had to run into Home Depot to pick up a few items. As I do not often shop there I had to ask for assistance to find all the items on my list. I had the chance to interact with several Home Depot employees and found their customer service skills to be top notch!

Ryan in the garden department was very helpful to me. He was very nice and knowledgeable on the products that I needed to grow my strawberries with my daughter. I walked in the store not knowing anything about plants to come out with a green thumb Thanks to his service. Great employee

I enjoy comming to home depot, no matter what i am comming in for I always check out the displays... just getting ideas for my next home inprovement project.

Cluttered aisles were only negative; otherwise well organized and stocked.

I had a real problem with the kitchen sprayer and the plumbing associate was great. Knew what he was doing and solved my problem in less than 5 minutes

I purchased shades for my home and was assisted by Mary in the Window Coverings Dept. She was not only knowledgeable but she was so patient in helping me make the right choices. This is so very important to me! I left feeling that I had made the right choices for my windows and VERY HAPPY! I would recommend Mary and this Home Depot to anyone looking for window coverings! Better than JCPenney any day!!

I was assisted by Frank in Lawn and Gardent to purchase a mower. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and assisted me based on my needs. He got the mower, took it to check out and loaded it in my car and all the while he gave me wonderful advice up until I drove off! GREAT experience!!

The Home Depot so much better than Menard's. It's the place to get your project needs, they have what you need at a comparable price. If you need help finding stuff, there is always a associate there to help you.

This store is very organized and is staffed by the nicest people. The assistance provided is wonderful. If the associate does not know the answer they find the person that does. I highly recommend this location over all others in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago.

Turned in to store at the last minute. Needed a bulb for the fridge. As soon as I walked in, a staff member showed me options. Then we had a few jokes between us. Very enjoyable.

Wow great store, easy to shop and never have to wait at check out. Like going in after work to pick up items for around the house, and shopping the garden center on the weekends is a blast!!
