Palatine Home Depot team member went above a beyond for a 10.99 wind chime. All items were already packed away for the season, he and another employee had to take down hundreds of chimes so I could select just one as a memorial gift for a friend who passed. I could not be more happy with the service today. Thank you so much.

The way I was kept informed regarding the status of my delivery was excellent!

Professional service from start to finish.

Needed a new aerator for my kitchen faucet, an employee looked in my direction then turned and walked away. The only way I found what I was looking for was to find the part on their website. That directed me to the correct aisle.

Great store always friendly people. Never u Issues returning items.

They indicated I’d have bathroom faucets (over $600 worth) delivered next day and they did not come and now have no idea when it will come.

Over past years this store has greatly improved all around, with no shortage of employees and lots of help when needed finding products

We just bought two standing fans and we are super happy we did they work so good and well

Don't go to the garden center and expect any help from the young men they hire to work there. They would rather stand around talking then assist a customer even after we asked for assistance

Andrew was his name i’m sure, he helped us in plumbing department, he was nice and sweet and explained everything throughly about what we were looking for

Dakota Owens walked me through the process of buying a countertop, from measuring for the quote to being available after installation! I had questions and she responded to my emails very quickly. Great customer service!

Went there Saturday night, place wasn’t crowed. Parking lot was very dark. (lights needed) should consider more present security outside and inside store. (Detour future crime)

Customer service was excellent, great price. Salespersons were very helpfull and polite. We worked with Brian who helped us choose our hardwood floor. He gave us many good advices.

This store is a mixed bag. There are times when getting help is very difficult, but then when you finally get help it is quite good. I’ve had a long history with this store and it’s been quite good, but the past few weeks I’ve been grossly overcharged numerous times.

I really appreciate the cashier who assist me. She is very helpful and polite.

The employees are so nice and helpful especially your employee Dakota. She is a real asset to Home Depot. I will definitely tell my friends to shop here instead of the competitors.

I could say that throughout IL this store has the most stocks and awesome employees I have ever been. They are all kind human being. Everyones smiling at you and always their to help you when you asked for help. Not like other stores when you ask they'll tell you to ask furthermore.

I find it awkward purchasing lumber supplies from the Palatine store. I would prefer to be able to select my lumber and immediately load into my car/truck. This would require having the lumber supplies in a separate area versus being within the main store. Otherwise, I prefer purchasing all other items from the Palatine store, as it is set up now.
