One of the best Home Depots I have been to!!! Every person I see is so helpful. Plenty of stock and choices. This is my second home! Employees everywhere to offer their assistance. Store always neat and clean unless working in an aisle which would be closed off. Every employee courteous, helpful and friendly.

This store has seen significant improvement in customer service from the past 10 years ago when that store was a wreck couldn’t find anything couldn’t get any help —today where they have the best customer service we’ve ever had in the home improvement store I would highly recommend people who haven’t been to the store to go back to visit it and they will have a very positive experience!

every time I have come into the store I have been given more information then I came in for. I found it is very useful. I go into other places and they hire anyone and when they you ask them something they don't know or they give you wrong information. I bought a counter top for my kitchen and the woman there had no idea what she was doing.at another place. thank goodness i had the guy who was going to do the job with me as she had the whole thing measured wrong. he was able to fix it on the chart so i got the right fit. on a counter top why would you have people who don't know stuff in there. i could of done as bad of a job as she did. after that i usually went to home depot as people give me correct information.

The store was clean and the checkout clerk was very nice. Aside from that, it was very difficult to get anyone to assist me. One employee recommended a product that was not what I was looking for. Another recommended that I visit a store in Des Plaines. I was looking for some pretty basic lumber that I eventually found on my own.

Very disappointed in having my panelling cut. Who cuts panelling vertically? They do at the Palatine Home Depot....

Great Store with a friendly staff that's always willing to help.

Had to make a very hurried visit...as I had a handyman at my house...and was under some time constraints. All the folks who helped me...and there were several ...were outstanding!!

This is not the normal location that I shop at because I have a Home Depot right down the street from my house. But I CERTAINLY do not mind shopping at the Palatine Home Depot when I am in the area as the customer service in this location is always top notch and the store is wonderfully maintained. Kudos to the store managers and all of the employees for making this location a pleasure to visit when I am out and about!

Online order was not available for pickup because the product was not there . They don't update their database daily . stay away from this store .

Poor customer service cashier name Chris . The people on the back they can't keep up with the weekend crowd . Stay away from this store .

This is my favorite Home Depot store as the employees are helpful and friendly. This store also has a great selection for plants for your house or garden.

i recently purchased a custom designed wall unit for my dining room. Jean in the design center was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable about the products and how to set it all up in their computer. i can't wait til it is installed !!
