This particular store has a very friendly staff, is always clean and seems to have stock where other locations do not. I always enjoy my visit here and know even if they don't have an item I need they are helpful in getting it ordered quickly and delivered to my home.

We like shopping in your Palatine Illinois store. ( Store number 1927 ) ! This store has attractive flower plants and good vegetable plants. Your cashiers and sales people are helpful and are knowledgeable about plants

Convenient stop for home products and remodeling ideas. Helpful staff directs you to the appropriate area so you are not wasting your time. Checkout needs improvement during busy high season!

Associates in Plant Department were very helpful and pleasant.

The employee at the checkout was able to offer me a discount if I signed up for a Home Depot card. It was definitely worth doing.

after shopping at this store several times, I have learned where the items I need are located; but even for first time shoppers, all the isles are clearly marked and there is usually an employee in or near every isle to help. the store is neat and clean, and the isles were uncluttered.

Customer service lady Jackie is like none other that I've had to deal with at other stores. She's very friendly and extremely helpful. She actually came to the back of the store to make sure my issue was solved. She is a credit to the Home Depot Company. Employees like her make people return to this place of business.

Was there on Sunday afternoon with my little son, was going to look for to buy a tractor to cut my lawn.My son and me we tried all that was in the store.And of course my son was jumping happy from one tractor to another.Until some old unhappy woman of home depot,who was doing something in bulbs department,gave me a look and comment that-you should go and take him(my son)to park.Yes,we went to park,and it was great.And we go to park again. And we go somewhere else if I need lumber and tractor.

Associates always there to help and suggest if you are not sure of what to buy to finish the project you are working on.

The staff is customer focused and always willing to provide assistance. The stocking and maintained everything of the store is refreshing approach to shopping at a hardware store.

I've been shopping at this particular Home Depot location for years. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and neat and has an excellent selection of merchandise at very competitive prices.

The store was clean and i foud everything i was looking for, they helpme to find the right thing that i need.

Ordered a few counter tops from this store. Sonyal (?) was super helpful. She did an amazing job ensuring we were ordering just what we needed and wanted. She didn't rush us, even though it was close to closing time. Another great HD experience. Thank you.
