Thanks! You had the part in stock and the assistant knew exactly what I was asking for and took me right to it. Plus he educated me about plumbing. I didn't know pipe threads and hose threads were different. I went to your competitor's store first and it was the opposite experience; the part was not in stock and the assistant was not helpful.

We have been to this store in Palmdale 3 times in one week & each time we had exception service, Charles helped us every time we were there even assisting with other items beside his dept. This is now our how to store for now on, and thank you!

Store employees are very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful.

I get overwhelmed at the size of the store (any large store) and the variety of products available. What I appreciate about this store: There is always someone to ask what/where I should go within the store; and they frequently (always?) lead me directly to the section. There is always someone near by to answer my questions. And if they don't know, they find out, or look it up on the Kiosk. And if I am just looking, any employee passing by offers to help and if I decline, they move right on. Over-all, Thank You for your Courteous and Knowledgeable employees! (Knowledgeable means, to me, if we don't know the answer, we know where to get the answer!)

Fast and friendly service here. I needed to get a quote and they Walked around the store with me to get all the information needed.

Robert and Christ in the Rental and repair Center were GREAT.They were friendly,knowable. They determined what I needed to get my trimmer working and showed me where the part was in the store. They were the BEST Associates I have seen in any of home depot stores.

Looking for a new freestanding stove, found one, here at Home Depot, price was better than anything found earlier, and the associate was very helpful in our decision making. Thank You HD for your customer service and good product choices.

Christ ,who worked in the Tool rental dept helped me to select item which i needed than helped me to assemble it correctly. i appreciatly it very much since not many people to go extra mile to help out who is needed for assistance. good job Christ.

Store associates are very helpful and easy to find. Had a great deal on BBQ grill which goes down from over $200 to only $99. Store is clean and well maintained.

This store has most supplies and or tools we require. However, the quality of some of their basic wood products (1x2, 2x2 etc.) is not very good.

The availability of associates were no where to be found.

Came in for items to repair a broken bottom seal on our front door. After looking at a similar item in stock, realized what I needed, they had what I needed and I was on my way. Great helpful Associates in locating m products.

Mira in special services is top notch. She resolves all issues with grace and class. She listens and responds with respect and does not make you feel uncomfortable about an issue with store or store items. I have dealt with Mira on many occasions and miss her when I have had to deal with others. Some others in store are sometimes helpful when you can find them. Some are like Camelians blending in or hiding out or send you on wild goose chase rather than really help.

Store is very cool during hot days. Very knowledgeable employees surrounding all products. Spacing between products was very good. Sales items was displayed beautiful, and these products were for the average man and the products real people use everyday.

My cashier today was very friendly and helpful, as were the associates who processed my online order pick up. The associates who brought it out to my truck, without waiting to be asked, loaded three bails of heavy chain link fencing and fifteen 8' steel fence poles. I really appreciated that! I've never had anything but friendly, fast, extremely helpful and courteous service from all the associates I've dealt with there over the years.

Well this store is clean , but costumer service is bad, several experience on return item and also , discount on use another competition coupons they are not a god responds on used . I like to go to this one because the other on Lancaster is far away from home , but always we have a bad experience, special from some younger ladies .

The help I received from Elena and I often look for her to help me!! She is great with suggestions and answers to make me understand about the products. I have been going to her for over 3 years since I moved to this area. Thank you for having such a nice person to help people. I have a credit account at Home Depot and I always use it. I am always improving my home and Home Depot has always been there with what I need!!!

I went to Home Depot to look at washing machines. Not only did they have what I needed but they had it at a great price. The associate was very helpful and and knowledgeable in every regard. She made our shopping experience very enjoyable.
