Today I went to home depot to go purchase something and I needed help to get it so I asked an employee named Gloria she kindly said yes and gave me great customer service then another employee came and helped us out and gave me a discount her name was Zoe she was so nice! A little later I had to put the item in my car and a guy named Brady helped me he was very helpful it was a very good experience today I will definitely go back with this great customer service.BTW this is the Home Depot in 340w.rancho vista blvd Palmdale California

We had such a wonderful experience buying a refrigerator. The sales associate was so knowledgeable and willing to help! It was a breath of fresh air! I know he told me his name, but I can't remember at the moment. So if your in the market for a refrigerator, you may want to try The Home Depot/Palmdale. His employee # is HSD67A. Sorry I don't remember his name!

Store was well stocked, clean and the only local one that had what I needed. Went to check out and Myra was super helpful and keyed in the military discount I inquired about right away. I will definitely shop here again!

Rich, one of the managers there ,is absolutely great. Was able to resolve and go the extra mile for me when I was having an issue at the store. Normally I don't have any major issues there, but last week I did and he went above and beyond to fix it. THANK YOU RICH!!

Employeers help always my needs

This Home Depot has it together.......Clean!, Well stocked!!

I don't know if this store has a new manager or if there are new corporate policies but this location has changed. The store is clean, the employees are friendly and helpful and the inventory seems to be in better shape. Until recently, I hadn't been to this particular store for over a year but I will definitely be back.

very happy with my visit. Got what l needed,and friendly store.

I had to exchange some flooring. The cashier took a very long time to return then ensure they had the other flooring and then wring up the new flooring. To give you an idea of how long weel the cashier had to go to lunch half way between the transaction so someone else finished the transaction. I went about 8:00 p.m. so not sure if that may be why it took so long. Also make sure they wrap your stuff really good! Mine only had one layer of plastic wrap and on the first turn after I left the store about 8 of the boxes fell onto the street! I will make sure I always check their work when loading onto my vehicle from now on and I recommend you do the same!
