I bought disinfecting bleach at “HomeDepot”and I’m soo glad I did.!

Needed and found the 36in range i wanted at HD.com. Went to the store and was told I measured wrong, that wasn't a standard size, they didnt have one in stock, and refused to let look up the item number online. Why is he still working for HD.Palmdale. THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT...

This store nails it. They get it. It's all about the people. Everyone is sincerely nice and helpful. They are never in a hurry with you.

Every time I come to Home Depot I get no help in the store . I usually spent a lot of time searching for one little thing that I need and I find no help from any staff member . Needs to stop

Had a couple if bad experiences with an asian lady, she looks philipine, at the customer service. Rude and impatient

You're cashier at customer service desk ERIK was very helpful when I stopped at the service desk because he was the first person I seen because I needed help locating some items and he showed me where they was at and he even checked me out and his customer service skills is superb he made me feel like I've been knowing him for years when I just met him that day and that's what customer service is about he made me feel special..

The man working the pro counter was outstanding very helpful. He needs a raise

The employee that attended me was very disrespectful and had a bad attitude. The product I received was damaged, and when I tried to address the issue, the employee treated me rudely and said she had given me a discount, but when I checked the paperwork, no discount was applied. She tried to explain something that she never actually did, and then she left. Fortunately, the supervisor helped me for two hours to resolve the issue.
