I came in just to exchange/purchase a propane tank. I really like your propane exchange system where I didn't need an employee to help me do the exchange outside after I made the purchase. However, the digital screen on the propane exchange system is directly in the sunlight which made it extremely difficult to read and enter the correct numbers. This is where the employee, Patty, came in to save the day! First, she greeted me when I came in to make the purchase and receive the code to do the exchange. She was very kind and helpful. Since this was the first time using this system, she was able to assist me in dealing with the sunshine. Patty was very friendly and she is an asset to this location and to Home Depot as a company!!! Please thank her for me again!

This store has an inordinate amount of employees milling around the self checkout registers that have zero knowledge of where to find items or how to call for assistance. I hate to sound sexist but do yourself a favor and seek out a male employee if you need assistance.

The people who work at this store are very helpful friendly and courteous, always quick to make sure we have everything and found our supplies easily. Makes shopping here a fun experience.

I purchased a refrigerator and did not have the opportunity to review the purchase order until time of delivery which had the wrong delivery address. Supposidely the address was up-dated, however on the second delivery date, the email that was sent still had the wrong address and the order was cancelled. On the re-oprder, the wrong notification phone # was listed. The customer was not given the opportunity to review the total order by email that was readable.

When I ordered a large order I was told delivery on Monday but now it’s switched to Friday.

Earlier in this review, I went into detail how much Lynda helped me she was exceptional and is to be congratulated as one of your finest employees! Just in case that information doesn’t transfer over I had been trying to buy online using my phone the Ryobi fan deal for Memorial Day. One received a free tool with a qualified purchase. The Wi-Fi was very spotty at the condominium where I work and it took me almost 45 minutes to complete my order. It was impossible to find product information because I specifically wanted a hybrid dual powered fan. Finally a $129 hybrid popped up and I placed the order. I did not see the free fan tool pop-up so I added it on and I thought I would figure it out at the store. When I arrived, Linda explained that the whole free tool deal was predicated upon buying the battery pack first which I was not able to find on the website due to my connectivity issues. We canceled my initial order and she walked me through a purchase that actually saved me $30. I qualified for the free tool deal and have the 2 fans I need for my Dog Showing and travel. Lynda was exceptional and is to be congratulated!

Was told by an employee that they “didn’t have time to wait for someone to come” to assist with unloading a pallet of insulation and instead got a flat cart (and expected us to take the 50lb bag of rocks off of it before we could use it) and told my husband he could use the cart to load the materials while she turned around and just began chatting with a co-worker

I special ordered a door. after the due date, the computer said my order was being processed. After 2 days of this - I started calling the store & no one could give me info. Finally after 10 days my door was re- ordered, but I only found out bcs I kept calling everyday. Communication & follow thru at this store is deplorable.

I bought a refrigerator and was told it would be delivered January 2. After everything was arranged, I was told it was out of stock. It wouldn't be delivered for at least two weeks. Either Home Depot knew this item was out of stock or they should've known this was out of stock. Either way I now have to live without a refrigerator for two weeks. Ridiculous.

I walked in the door and was greeted by a lady and asked if she could help. I asked for an antenna, she looked it up and told me exactly where to find it. Very professional

I got this seat a week ago and all is good period the delivery policy from home depot is ridiculous, but that doesn't affect the appliance itself period rather than paying $99, I elected to have it put in the back of my SUV. And got some help on the other end. This is a good Choice for a small space.

Every worker is genuinely kind. They always offer to help! Great atmosphere! The night manager goes above and beyond the call of duty!
