This particular Home Depot is very convenient due to its it's right off of the freeway the store is well maintained all of the associates are friendly the store manager is always on the floor helping customer

Everyone is helpful and courteous.

I have shopped here many times and I have gotten very good help many times.

Thanks for the assistance I always receive , I live in Compton , but always shop at Paramount Store

The staff is kind of rude. Especially at customer service. Rather than help us out or voluntarily seek other options to provide us, they just tried to send us home with no answer. We asked to speak to the manager since the product manufacturer sent us for warranty swap, when he came out to speak to us, he was even more rude than the cashier. Their ultimate response was “no, we can’t process that here” Something that could’ve taken 2 minutes to resolve, took them over an hour to figure out. Maybe need better training? Not all of them are rude, as the last cashier to help us (3 ppl total) was nicer, but the great majority are. Kind of like they did not want to help us, or be bothered by our issue.

I had to request twice for someone to help me with an item I needed in a shelve, no one ever came , I have a wrist and back problem but I still tried to get it down, when I finally did my wrist hurt! I will never go to this location!!

Workers are very knowledgeable on construction materials along with good tips and advise...dont be shy and ask don't buy the wrong stuff...ask they will help...

This is by far the best home depot location. They always have everything on hand or in the back. But always have everything. And everyone is so friendly. Shows that everyone is genuinely happy to provide assistance.

Horrible experience at the paint department. I asked the guy in the paint department if the primer I got was good for stucco and he asked me "what are you painting ?". While I answered his question he was looking and talking to his coworker. I bet he didn't even hear my answer, he just looked at the front of the container and said yes. Very rude. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the cashier.

Good selection of products some areas in the garden department need a bit of cleaining

Overall, good service and products. They seem to have products I need and I don't need to go else where and the service in the paint department is friendly. They are always willing to get the right color. Thanks!

Sorry I didn't get any ones name. My contractor was out of town and I went to paint department with just a little of information about what I wanted. The associates were very helpful in helping me get the right paint for my project and a rebate form that will save me $40. Thank you to paint dept. in Paramount Ca.
