You need to do away with the self checkouts or at least make it optional. It's bad enough buying everything needed for project spending the time to find everything you need and then have to try to figure out the self checkout. If you ask me it's just pure laziness honestly it's just cheap have a major corporation at Home Depot to have their customers have to check out their own items. And then if they make a mistake they are ridiculed or looked at like they were trying to steal something. The customers don't need employees just standing around and watching you check out your items. The self checkout is a bunch of BS it's fine if it's just an option when you only have a couple of items but when you are shopping and buying many items for a major project the store employee should be at the register and be the one checking out the items if anything just as a courtesy to the customer for choosing Home Depot for their building needs

I buy all of my light bulbs among other things for my home at this Home Depot Store. Staff at this store are always so helpful and friendly and go out of their way to help me. I also buy all of my plants here.

I needed help to locate some products and the employees were very helpful.

Always love Home Depot. Got everything we needed and headed to checkout. We waited in the self check out line but Joanie offered to help us check out. We accidentally grabbed the wrong size wood planks. She was so understanding and nice about the mix up. We left to exchange the product for the right one and came right back to Joanie’s lane. What was just a routine trip to Home Depot just made my day, she is so lovely.

Been here a lot. Store is well put together and most employees seem very knowledgeable.

I faced a plumbing issue and, regrettably, possess no mechanical skills whatsoever. However, LAYNE from the plumbing department not only demonstrated how to install the part but also went above and beyond by sketching a visual representation of the correct setup. Such exemplary customer service is truly remarkable.

I have made several large purchase in the last 2 years from this Home Depot. I have had fabulous service every time and no complaints. That's why I keep going back!

I left my cell phone on the counter as I checked out and left. When I got outside I heard someone calling behind me and turned around saw Aliza the cashier coming holding my phone. She noticed I left it and went outside and saw me and was able to return my phone. I thought that was so honest and I so appreciated her for doing that for me.

I don’t get frustrated in trying to find product, the employees are very good at directing me or take me to the product themselves.

Dave in the nuts and bolts department help me locate something I've been searching for for many hours, he made sure I had the correct bolts, exact size and length, he was determined, friendly and accurate, thanks Dave!

The girl in the paint department was obviously unhappy to be at work. She never greeted us, and she had a sullen look on her face. Only 1 register was open for customer service on a busy Sunday. There were 4 employees standing at the self check out area just talking with each other. Is this customer service? Do they realize the customers are paying their wages?

I am very happy with the customer service I am provided. This store has very good customer service and employees are usually pretty knowledgeable. I am usually told thank you for shopping at the Home Depot and greeted I really enjoy that.

We purchased several items today due to the personalized service provided by Darnel. Darnel showed us many discounted items and helped to provide other discounts when we applied for Home Depot CCs during the check out process. I also recommend Home Depot, in general, due to their Military discount.

As a larger Home Depot, the Park Centre store has a greater variety of appliances to look at and experience. This is beneficial when you are looking at remodeling and need to replace your existing appliances.

They take their time with each customer and go out of their way to be helpful.

Convenient location and almost always has the items I’m looking for. Friendly and helpful employees and competitive prices.

This location does a great job with customer service - they have gone above and beyond to help with some frustrating issues with online orders we have encountered. Drew was very helpful with some complicated returns.

The experience here was great the employee that we talked to came up to us and asked if we needed help looking for the item that we wanted. He took us right to the aisle and showed us where it was in that aisle he was an older gentleman I don't remember his name but he was awesome

The water heater was easy to install and spent a little more, it was self-flushing with a monitor to alert when leaking. 9-year warranty. Carbon dioxide and much more.

The workers here were so friendly and helpful. I haven’t ever walked into another Home Depot feeling as helped as I did today.

Had to get something down on my own using thr ladder because the employee I asked walked away and was hanging out by the break room.. then while looking for hangers him and two others walked past and didn't ask if I needed help.. couldn't find thr hangers although online said they had 40 of them on aisle 42 bay 12. Disappointing

I am so impressed with the special attention to detail and genuine care and time the employee named “Ed” spent on me. He helped me with all my questions and customized my shopping experience.
