It has been over two months since I had ordered window blinds at the store and I still do not have the order complete. There has been multiple mistakes in the ordering, and very poor customer service. If it is not something on the shelves I would not recommend ordering it through this store.

I ordered an item online for store pickup. After receiving a notification that the item was ready for me to pickup, I drove 50 minutes to the store to find out that the item, a grill, is the display model and is missing pieces. There were no other grills in stock. I then had to stand at the return desk for a while and return the grill. I don't blame the whole store for this poor experience but the one young employee who pulled the display. The associates I did interact with were nice.

Nearly always find what I need. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful.

I visited the store yesterday and was uncomfortable for my personal safety . Based on my experience and observation, the store was not performing any measures to practice safety measures for the prevention of the spread of covid-19 , a potentially deadly virus during a pandemic in a state with rapidly rising coronavirus rates. Specifically; 1. No employees were wearing masks to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, a potentially deadly disease , from an employee to a customer. 2. Employees were not practicing social distancing with myself. 3. Sanitizing supplies were not available for the customer to sanitize shopping carts. 4. Point-of-sale equipment and counters were not being sanitized between customer use. 5. The store was not promoting social distancing.

Usually I find exactly what I need for a home project, and at this store I was not requited to wear a mask.

i shop at home depot where ever i go, but park city home depot is my first choice to shop the location and friendly employes adds to a good experience when i need material.

The park city home depot is always a pleasure to shop at because the employees are friendly and the store is always well stocked. I want to thank all of the employees for continuing to work through this situation.

The employees went out of their way to help from the customer return/service to the employee in the aisle helping me find what I needed.

Never had problems at Home Depot until shopping at park city location. I have property in deer valley. Worst customer service ever.

Half of the parking lot of this store was paved a couple years ago. The other half looks like a bombing range full of potholes that are so deep they are dangerous. I've pointed this out several times and the "fixes" have been a couple shovels of fill that lasts a day or so.

You can always find what you need at this store - we have been coming here for years and it's always busy and the staff are helpful and friendly.

The Park City store is great for being able to find someone who knows what I want or can call and find someone for me. I visit quite a few Home Depots around the area but I keep coming back to Park City for ease and convenience but mostly for the customer service and care. My cat loves it too!

Friendly employees that were extremely helpful!!

Isles are way too crowded with extra and surplus merchandise. The store is in a permanent state of clutter and it makes navigating the isles unpleasant

I have been 5 times into the stores and all those times there is always long bed carts blocking me from getting wood floor and tiles and no employees is never available to moved those long bed away from blocking I had to squeeze in to teach for the tile And the wood floors

The app makes it super easy to find what I need. All the associates are so nice. Other stores don’t have the same atmosphere as the park city Home Depot does.

Lee in doors, windows and mill work knows his stuff and is very helpful.

Store is convenient, but lacks most employees helping you, or even saying hello.

Be careful if you need appliance delivery. We paid for them to take the washer and dryer away but the pick up men said they were own a tight time schedule and that our machine would take too long to take apart. The also tole my 73 year old husband that he should haul down the stairs and leave it on the street. Then they left the new appliances in our living room because the old ones were still in the laundry room. We talked to Derrick, a manager, and two other managers whose names I don not remember and the sales associate. All of then promised to call the delivery company and help us get the appliances picked up. NONE of them called us back. We had to go to the store, in person twice, and finally we got helped. But we had to live with a two washer and two dryers in our little condo for 5 days. It was a terrible experience, made worse by the fact that when we would call the store and ask for a manager, it would take 15 minutes before the operator could get on to answer. And, when finally one of the managers talked to the delivery company and set up a pick up, he forgot to fill out a special form and they were NOT going to pick up the appliances, luckily we found that error.

I visit this store 3 to 4 times a month. Most of the clerks know me. I like the fact that the store has so many retirees who just want to stay busy. They are helpful and knowledgeable, and best of all happy.

Let me preface this with the fact that I have shopped at Home Depot in other states and had great experiences. I have now shopped at the Park City location maybe five or six times. Tonight was a very underwhelming experience. I waited for over 45 minutes in Lumber for help with a few cuts of some boards I wanted to pick up for a project this weekend. After speaking to a few Home Depot workers, and even calling the store on my mobile phone to ask someone to come back to Lumber, no one ever showed. I left, and when I got home and unpacked what I had purchased, the checkout clerk failed to give me the last bag containing some bolts and other hardware that I purchased. This particular store is an hour away as I live in Wyoming. I will go to my local lumber store and save the pain.
