I prefer the Park Meadows store, it feels more organized, more tidy.

I bought an item with installation included. The installation company was not responsive or convenient. Don't try this without asking questions of Home Depot's responsibility for compliance.

Great team at this store. Especially Scotty at the ProDesk.

If you need your kitchen remodeled, go see Gayle! She is fabulous and made sure every detail was perfect. I wish I could do it all over again!

Went to Home Depot to order blinds. Michael was awesome to work with.

The sales associate was very helpful in the purchase of my new refrigerator and elaborated on many points I never knew about my purchase. He was extremely helpful in my purchase.

the staffs are rude and unfriendly; I had a horrible experience with the loss department staff who are extremely rude and pathetic; This is my neighborhood store and I have been visiting this store for the last 12 years; but not any more where I was treated like a trash..so I dont visit or recommend this location any more;

Recently, I’ve noticed in store personnel are much more present. Walking me down the isle, sharing product knowledge, and the stores appearance show a higher level of pride.

This is my go to store. Typically there is enough staff. The painting and electrical departments have quite the knowledge on their respective departments

Could not find anyone to help in lumber. Had to go talk with cashier to get the help I needed. No one was available which is ofter the case at the this HD in the lumber department.

Unless it's in stock, forget it!

They can't seem to do a thing right at this store. No customer service. Been waiting for my 24hr call for install over a week now. Been by twice to get fixed. Nothing. Home Depot is a bad company

I love this store - the staff is always super kind and helpful. Returning items I end up not needing is always a breeze and there's never once been any kind of hassle.

Jade JONES is an outstanding salesperson. Professional and knowledgeable. We bought a fridge because of his helpfulness.

We needed to have a board cut to specific dimensions and the Home Depot rep that helped my wife and I was so very friendly and really took care of us. You just don't see this in retail any more. Good job to Home Depot for their hiring and training! We are faithful customers and will be back!

Negative attitude when I tried to check out at the service/return department. Tried to check out close to where I parked so my wife with illness didn’t have to walk as far. What happened to Home Depot culture???it used to be good

Ask for a pergola post associates didn’t know where things are

Exceptional service in the lumber department. From explaining options and products, cutting wood to size, being sensitive to a first time purchaser of lumber, to loading the car. A good shopping experience

I ordered 3 doors from HD. Took 8 wks to get them, another 5 woks to get the trim corrected and a couple of weeks to get on the install schedule. One door was damaged so HD reordered. It took a couple of months to get the new door. Then it took me several weeks and three calls to get an installer to call me.

This location in Lone Tree, Colorado is where I do most of my project shopping. The staff are knowledgeable and willing to help everyone. Stan is always helpful in any of the departments such as tools and hardware and plumbing. He is definitely a “Go To” person if you need help. Bob and Darryl are great in electrical. Bill and Chris and Brannon are excellent if need paints and stains and supplies. The lumber staff is great. The cashiers are awesome. I see many of the staff often when I go there for my construction materials so, I have great customer support when I need it. But, I know that they treat all customers with great service and respect.

The folks here are always willing to help and are kind and courteous. I've never had a bad experience at this store.

You have gotten away from the practice of GET: Greet - Engage - Thank. Why? Absolutely no greeting upon entering stores. There's no engagement by ANY Associate, and unless going through an actual cashier, there's no "thank you" for visiting the store...and even then, it's hit or miss. Your customer service has significantly dropped. Why you ask if Associates were friendly, I don't know--no one ever approaches or engages with your customers.

Steve from hardware that seems to know about everything. He was awesome helping me find first a specific screw, and then some PVC on order to fix my cheaply-made badminton set

Unsure on what chainsaw to purchase, staff helped me and educated me on what the pro and cons where on each tool.

My visit at Home Depot today. Was very Enjoyable. the staff was friendly. The store was clean. The employees were on point today.
