In stock quick and I found items I needed. Hmmm....tedious web design.

Every time I stop in this store I'm greeted by a friendly staff member and always directed where I need to find everything from my list. More often than not the staff will show exactly where everything is in the store.

Got help with several things from several store departments. Everyone was helpful. Even got a discount on the wood for my son's Eagle Scout project. Very kind.

When going to check out, there were only self-check lanes and one lane near the lumber. Not convenient.

I was extremely pleased with the customer service provided by Laura and Marcia at this location. I will make this my Home Depot, even when I move out of the area.

My elderly father and I came into this store with a stressful issue. Ron in hardware/tools approached us with a smile with the best customer service I have ever had at any retail store! His product knowledge, awesome personality and excellent customer had us leaving the store happy and satisfied. Next time I need help, I'm going to hunt him down just for those reasons. I know my dad will too! Thank you Home depot for having him as part of your team!!!

The two associates working in Plumbing and Electrical on Saturday, 7/9/2016 were OUTSTANDING. Both associates were very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They helped me tackle a water heater installation project I've wanted to do for a long time. They helped me pick all the right parts and gave me some great tips which made the installation easier, and I'm confident it's quality work, thanks to their help.

I've always disliked this store, but since it's close I decided to try it one more time. MISTAKE! The employee I could finally locate for help was rude and curt, not to mention totally unhelpful. I was asking questions about an item in his department, but I got much more information from the packaging than the associate. He could not answer one single question I asked - and I promise I wasn't asking about performing brain surgery. The only employee I truly enjoyed was Renata, the cashier. She couldn't have been more helpful or awesome - if not for her, I would have abandoned my cart and walked out...straight to Lowe's. I will never shop at this location again - if you schedule services over the phone, you'll never hear back from anyone...no matter how many times you call or what the associate tells you. With other home improvement stores within a short distance shopping here is a frustrating experience you really don't need to waste your time on. (This opinion is based on 10+ visits, and 15+ calls to this location over the last 18 mos.)

Store experience was great and it is very easy to get assistance from store employee

The PRO DESK Associate felt it was a major inconvenience to get me a product from the overhead. Remember to bring your own loader because there are no loaders available to assist you.

I always enjoy my experience in this store. Today's visit was on a Saturday, so it did make it more difficult to get the assistance I needed, but what do you expect at a Home Depot on a Saturday? The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great experience with our extensive list of needs for rehabbing a townhome for rental. If you need help at Home Depot, I would highly recommend this particular store!

CURRENTLY EXTERIOR CONSTRUCTION TAKING PLACE , LIKELY TO GO ON THROUGH THE SUMMER INTO LATE FALL.... LESS PARKING SPACES, VERY INCONVENIENT TO MANEUVER CARTS, DOLLIES, CARRIAGES, KIDDIE STROLLERS, WHEELCHAIRS ETC WILL BE A MESS WHEN THE NEWLY BUILT "CRIME DINE" OPENS IN THE FALL.......

PARKING IS ATROCIAS , BECAUSE CONTSTRUCTION FOR A NEW RESTAURANT IS GOING ON IN FRONT OF THE STORE AND 50% OF THE FORMER PARKING SPOTS ARE CORDENED OFF !!! THIS PLACE IS A MESS OUTSIDE... MUD, PEPPLES, CONSTRUCTION DIRT.. JUST TERRIBLE.... NO SIMPLE WAY TO AVOID THIS MESS.... MAKES IT VERY HARD FOR OLD FOLKS TO WALK, USE CHAIR DEVISES, PARENTS WITH STROLLERS AND VERY YOUNG CHILDREN. AND SO ON. i WILL GO ALL THE WAY DWON TO THE STORE AT "TOWNE cENTER.........5 MILES FURTHER FOR ME !!!!!!

Store is consistently bad with service and their is a lack of leadership in this store. Have NEVER seen anyone that resembles a leader.

The store has the same layout as the others so it's easy to find things. Employees are always willing to help and answer any questions that I might have. It's easy to find someone here unlike some other locations.

Dale who works in the door department, was extremely helpful. He walked me through the ordering process, actually showed me the door I would be purchasing and then helped me re-key a dead bolt. He totally went above and beyond, provided exceptional customer service. Thank you Dale!!

ALTHOUGH SOME STAFF ARE STRETCHED THIN, THEY KNOW SO MUCH. THEY ARE ALWAYS READY TO HELP, BUT YOU JUST MIGHT HAVE TO WAIT A SEC.

A NEW STORE MANAGER HAS BEEN ASSIGNED THIS STORE. THE FORMER MANAGER WAS TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER STATE. tHE ASSISTANT MANAGER HAS JUST RETURNED FROM "MATERNITY LEAVE"..... i MET THE NEW MANAGER AND FOUND HIM WORKING THE cUSTOMER DESK !!!! THATS A GOOD SIGN FOR SHOPPERS... IT INSURES, THE NEWBIE GETS A FEEL FOR THE SHOPPERS IN THIS COMMUNITY. THE ASST. MGR (lLISA) WILL GUIDE THE NEW SUPERVISOR AND MAKE HIM TRANSISTION PAINLESS......

Staff always helpful and knowledgeable, product selection is great and easy to find. Prices are generally very good. Location of store is very convenient.
