I was hoping for more plant selections with different lighting needs to grow. All you had were bright light plants.

AS MY COMMENTS CAN BE CONSTRUED AS NEGATIVE, MY INTENT IS TO BRING THE SMALL DETAILS TO THE "NEW" SENIOR STORE MANAGEMENT. A FEW VISUAL IMPROVEMENTS / CHANGES HAVE OCCURRED, THOUGH MANY MORE MAY BE NEEDED. inventory, inventory..INVENTORY!! A classic case of someones "asleep at the switch.... IE.... i needed double sided tape to hang a few very lightweight wall plaques ( 2-3 lbs d ) clear tape.... a roll of 10ft would have been beyond adequate..$3-5.00 ( if they had some) nothing empty boxes... plenty of the 15+ ft tape in every variation you could imagine.. bins stocked to overflow... for $10 +, in every color you wouldn't buy!!!

Brace yourself - I'm going to tell you about my day. Our washing machine decided it hated me and it flooded our house (main floor down into basement). My husband is a firefighter and was on a 48-hour set, this is typically when things break or a blizzard blows in (go figure). Anyhow... damage was done, it needed to be addressed. I packed up our little kiddos and headed to Home Depot. I was greeted by Robert, he asked the simple question of "how can I help you today?" Wowza, I'm not sure he was ready for me... lol. He was so unbelievable kind, seriously... KINDNESS just came out of this man. He helped to navigate me through what I needed and he told me to come back to his counter and he would have the rental fans (to dry the carpet) ready for me when I got back. Upon returning to his counter my 3 year old son and 5 year old daughter were very cranky (it was 1pm and they hadn't had lunch... they were HANGRY!). He was very patient and kind while he checked me out. I was so blown away! He even did a magic trick for my kiddos to get them from being grumpy to giggling (that's truly MAGIC!). Both my husband and I work in customer service (he's a firefighter and I'm a nurse)... we get how hard it can be to please people. I was truly touched by how much Robert cared and how he went above & beyond for me. He was a blessing to me on a pretty crummy day. It's people like Robert that restore my faith in humanity. Robert - if you ever read this THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart, I really appreciate YOU! :)

Great friendly place

The store is clean and well organized. The employees are always friendly and willing to help. Many times I've been looking for something and can't find it, but when I ask for assistance, they know right where it is. If you have a question regarding a project, they will find someone who can answer it. They go above and beyond other home improvement stores!

Wonderful experience in looking for a new kitchen sink. A gentleman in another area stopped to help me put in a service request and showed me where to find the sinks and faucets. Smaller than the usual store I go to in Greenwood Village - benefits in it being smaller though. Many friendly employees and truly appreciate being welcomed and not a nuisance.

THIS STORE INHERITED A NEW STORE MGR !!!! A LOT OF NERVOUS, ANXIOUS STAFF..

I visited this store to return a Christmas decor item that didn't work properly. I didn't have a receipt and the scan code was no longer on the item. Also, being after Christmas, the item was no longer listed in the store inventory. Twenty minutes later, after exhausting all possible ways to identify the product number, Krista, the clerk, was somehow able to locate the product code and make the full refund. Her persistence was amazing and paid of for me.

I have generally found the employees knowledgable and helpful.

The store is generally well equipped with sufficient quantities of product. Very friendly, knowledgeable and friendly staff at this location.

My wife have recently move to Centennial and am very pleased by the service level that I received on my visit to this store. There was always someone asking if I need help and would go out of their way to walk me to where I needed to be or would get me the advice that I needed.

Good store

Many times during the day I have to track down someone to help in the area I need assistance. Yesterday there were two employees talking and I waited for them to finish their conversation. Then I asked for assistance in an area several rows from where they were talking. I was shown where the magnets are, but the person did not offer to assist getting the magnet I needed. He just left. I had to ask a customer to reach the magnet I needed.

Employees are so very helpful, whether lighting, plumbing, appliances, or garden. They are, for the most part, knowledgeable and anxious to help

Employees walking through the store are very friendly. When stopping at stations such as flooring and/or plumbing, there is a long wait for assistance by employees. The carpeting samples are displayed randomly and not in any order. They could be assigned to aisles rather than round about displays. Phone calls for questions regarding delivery, installation and questions about billing are seldom if ever returned.

The ASSistant store manager "RICH" was flirting with young girls an completely ignored me.

This is my 4th or 5th time which I written up an evaluation of this store #1508... The help in this store has always been above average and most friendly... You never get the "bums rush"...... Generally they they help you, even then its not "their" dept. Most of the staff has a wide range of product knowledge and offer alternatives as a "REAL solution", not a way of getting "rid" of you.... The "real Specialists", often suggest numerous methods to solve your issue / problem. More often than not.... The suggestion is easy, thought out and within your planned budget..... They never act or show their disappointment should you not follow their guidance. This store has come into "it's own" in the last 6-12 months..... "Well done" store # 1508 !!!

The section of the store that displayed kitchen appliances, flooring, tile and carpet seemed somewhat disorganized and difficult to maneuver as I was doing my shopping. Additionally, some of the vinyl tile samples were missing from their sections. I did finally make my decisions but had I not been dedicated to making all of my choices for products and installation at Home Depot, I may have gone to another store.

The only reason I shop here is because its close to my house or I needed some thing immediately. Else this store has rude staffs and price is significantly high compared to other stores nearby. I would not recommend this place for home improvements stuffs. I just wish we had a Lowes or some other competitors nearby..
