The personnel are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I would go no where else for home improvement needs and supplies.

The personnel at this store are so helpful that if asked about a particular item, they won't just tell you what isle they will take to right to the item!! If your "solution" is off kilter, a service person will politely suggest the best solution.

I purchased lumber, drywall, window flashing etc., and requested it be pulled for pick-up. I was given an hour before it would be ready. When I arrived 2 hours later, nothing was ready. I had to pull everything myself. I then purchased 72 hr carpeting. That is carpet you pay more for to have a guaranteed installation 72 hrs after purchase. The day of install, after they were to arrive, I got a call telling me they wouldn't be able to get to me for 6 more days. I have tenants ready to move in 4 days after the install date. To say nothing about I had trades people scheduled to follow carpeting. I now have to pay overtime to those trades to get them back after carpet finally gets installed. I also have to pay my tenants to delay their move in date. Unfortunately this whole experience has been less than satisfactory.

This store is always neat and clean. All the employees (not just for their own department) are willing to help and answer questions. I like the fact that they will show you the product you are looking for instead of just saying "over there". Thanks,

While we were at The Home Depot today, we had the best customer service! Joey was wonderful helping us pick out a dryer to fit our needs and our budget. He also made certain that we had everything we would need for our new dryer. We also talked to Randy about flooring for an upcoming self project we are planning, and he was incredibly helpful. Thank you for making our shopping trip less stressful!

This store has a surly employee who works its electrical aisle. He does not like to help customers find the products they're looking for so the costumer can checkout and get back to their project. He seems to think his time is more valuable.

IT'S ABOUT TIME FOR THE NEW STORE MANAGER TO START SPENDING TIME ON THE MERCHANDISE FLOOR AND WALK AROUND SPEAKING TO CUSTOMERS..... PUTTING OUT "GOOD WILL FEELERS", AND MAYBE AN INEXPENSIVE PROMO PIECE... LIKE "STIK-ON" NOTE PADS, OR "H-D CHEAP ROLLER BALL PENS......OR KEY RINGS......IF A SHOPPER IS DOING A MAJOR "BUY", PROVIDE A CUSTOMER INCENTIVE DISCOUNT OF A COUPLE PERCENTAGE'S --2-3..... THESE TYPE OF RECOGNITION'S GO A LONG WAY AND THE WORD GETS AROUND AT "WARP SPEED" TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS....

I have been in many home improvement stores and have never had the good experiences I always seem to have at Home Depot with the level of service and knowledge of their employees.

Watch buying previously opened items. I bought a screen door latch. I did not see the package had been opened until I got home. (There was one other on the shelf that obviously had been opened.) When I did open it, I found the two longest mounting screws were gone. Not a big deal. THen I discovered the latch is defective- does not operate with downward pressure, opens just fine lifting up on the lever. What this tells me is the store re-shelved for sale an item that had been returned as defective. Great business practice.... I see Walmart doing this all the time, first time I found this at Home Depot. Last trip to this store.

Great experience in Lawn and Garden. I have a section of my yard that is having trouble coming back after winter. And I do NOT have a green thumb! Went to lawn and garden, told my problem and showed some photos. The gentlemen gave me all the options and his recommendations on what to do. I walked out with all the stuff I needed...but most importantly, I left with knowledge and the confidence to do the project! Great experience.

Excellent choice of flowers. As good as Tagawa but cheaper.

This store is a great location 95% of the time. It seems in late afternoons, there is not enough employees to provide any assisstance. The store will not let you cut your own wire, so there needs to be someone there to do so. At times, when you ask someone from other department, they say they cannot or they will get someone there, but no one ever comes.

Very pleased with all aspects of this store. Excellent help in finding the items we needed. All employees were courteous ,helpful and efficient.

Good to see all the aisles were stocked. Had plenty of product to choose from. Neat and clean store

MY "JURY" IS STILL OUT ON THIS STORE WITH THE INTRODUCTION OF AN "EATERY" AT THE "ENTRANCE OF THE PARKING AREA". pLUS THE CONSTRUCTION AND STILL - "ANOTHER" RETAIL STORE- ABUTTING THE AFOREMENTIONED EATERY..... THUS EVEN MORE PARKING SPOTS TO DISAPPEAR SHORTLY.. THE "PROPERTY.MANAGEMENT" CREW AT "H-D'.... MUST BE ASLEEP AT THE SWITCH TO RELINQUISH VALUABLE CUSTOMER PARKING BY NOT BUYING THE LAND THIS STORE IS BUILT ON.

Parking lot is an issue, very odd way to get in and out, but once you get in the store is well stocked and people are friendly. It's worth the trouble to get past the parking issues

I like that this store is very user friendly for us women who also need to make purchases to do upkeep in our homes also. Thank you. keep up the good work.

WHY YOU FOLKS DID'NT MOVE JUST DOWN THE STREET TO THE SOON TO CLOSE VERY EMPTY "SEARS BLDG"..... WHICH HAS A PARKING LOT TRIPLE THE SIZE OF YOUR LOT.......
