Homedepot at Parkville has been my favorite hardware store because it has all products I need and the service is exemplary specially in the gardening and paint departments. Often I purchase plants and flowers but today Sept.15, 2022 the service was excellent. Elvin the gardening employee approached me to find out what I needed. After I told him, he helped me to choose the plants, the colors and at the time to put everything in the car he was already prepared with the plastic bags and paper so my car didn’t get dirty. Charlene the cashier, made laugh with her enthusiasm and comments on the purchase. Thank you it was a very pleasant experience.!

I always buy my building materials at this store. The employees are ready to assist by showing you where you can find whatever hardware things you are looking for at any time, and they are polite

We needed deck boards and have no saw at home, so we needed them cut in store. Everyone was helpful with finding what we needed, getting the boards cut, etc. Best experience I have ever had at a Home Depot.

same review people never in area and when you get one of your representatives never know anything about what your need/ store is a disappear and you on your own in there so frustration you never get right answers or products smh

The young lady who helped with my purchase of flooring tile was friendly, professional. I was helped by two young staff with getting the material out to my car. Very nice, professional young men. Good experience at HD.

Been shopping at the Parkville store for years and it has never disappointed. Always helpful and courteous with an added touch of personal service.

The woman who helped us is the Queen of Flooring as far as I'm concerned. I'm sorry I don't know her name, but she rides a disability scooter and was immediately recommended to us when we approached the flooring section. She urged us to try a different method from the one we proposed, and she was absolutely right. Our project turned out great thanks to her knowledge and expertise.

A lot of stock .....but employees didn't know where things were, stood around talking while I was obviously looking for items ..

Home Depot has and always be my go-to store for all my DIY and home maintenance needs.

I have to say I was surprised at how helpful and friendly the entire staff was. Great experience from beginning to end. I will definitely shop at that location again

Miss Dee and Miss Charlene and the prodesk staff are excellent.

I was NEVER in this store! Someone is using my email account information and I have asked Home Depot to fix the issue and they have not! PLEASE remove my email information or assist me in resetting my account!

The young man Jermaine was very patient and understood all my girl-explaining as I tried to explain what I came to his store for.

On this trip I needed to pick something up at will call and the cashier April was super friendly. She was helping her current customer, forwarding phone calls to proper departments and even assisted a World War II vet to load his car curbside. She was non-stop the entire time I was there and even ran to the paint department to get an additional item I needed. Thank you April. Excellent customer service !!!

This store is empty unorganized and not customer service friendly. Home Depot needs to return to its original business model from when it first opened. As of now it's a horrible shopping experience
