This store is help and has frendly staff plus they are very organized

wonderful I found and always find everything I need

The associates at this location are friendly, however I wish this location would carry a variety even if it's one or two of a product. I have to travel to another location to purchase a particular item that I need, because the Parkville location does not carry it. So this location is convenient, but incovenient.

The Associate who helped me was very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience.

Came to this store to get an air conditioner and found it a much easier task than I expected! It was delivered within an hour of my leaving the store...amazing customer service!

It was early in the morning and an associate had to be called to assist me. However, the associate was absolutely outstanding in his knowledge.

The customer service was excellent and I did not have to look for someone to help me . The associate saw me and asked if he could assist.

E ven though someelse had told me about the product I purchasded...the sales person was able to direct me to location to find the product.

The man in hardware knew exactly where the item was I wished to purchase and directed me there. The cashier was very personable, friendly, professional and efficient. Highly recommend this store.

The plumbing I replaced was a combination of brass, 2 inch copper pipe, plastic and galvanized metal. The associate knew exactly what I needed and where all the parts were. He even showed me how they line up. Nice experience.

This is by far my favorite store in/near Baltimore city. The associates are very friendly, helpful and seem to enjoy working there.

I researched on line the item I wanted to purchase and was appreciative that the web information indicated the aisle number and shelf location of this item. So nice to walk in and go straight to the location with out wandering around aimlessly

The day of my visit I met "Daniel" (wheel chair guy) who was very helpful in guiding me to the right item I was looking for, very knowledgeable.

I truly enjoy this store. I almost know the all the staff. They are all friendly and well knowledgeable of what I need.

I have always found what I wanted on my own or with the help of the Home Depot associates. I have made purchases for over 25 years and have been satisfied.

The store was clean and I had no problem finding the products i needed.

I was doing a DYI bathroom floor project, after laying the cement board down, it was time for the tile. I placed the tile in the potential position & oh my I needed more tiles cut than I thought. Thank goodness mostly straight cuts. I went to home depot to see what my options were & the young gentleman assisted me tremendously. I was on a limited budget after visiting Home Depot several days prior. He show my a couple of options. He went over the instructions with me & demonstrated. The choice made was economical & easy. This young man was very helpful & encourage.

I entered the Home Depot Store on Cleanleigh Drive in Parkville to purchase a certain item I saw on the internet. As I started looking, a store employee came up to me and ask if he could help me. I said of course. I told him what I was looking for a certain model of leaf blower that had a good rating and was hoping they had one in their store. He found it for me in ten minutes. I was in and out of that store in minutes and bringing home what I went for. Made my day.

Had to return item,but had no problem returning item.

The female associate at the counter in the paint portion of the store was extremely helpful and worked efficiently. The female associate at check out was friendly and very helpful. The layout of the store and the excellent customer service could put the most intimidated "Do-It-Yourselfer" at ease, but seems to have everything for professional use as well!

I like that I was approached during my visit. I mean if you see anyone with their head looking towards the ceiling you know their lost. Ha-ha, however I did enjoy my visit.

The store was clean and the item that I wanted to purchase was easy to find. I will shop at this location again. However, the employees was professional as well.
