I had a great experience shopping in the garden section of Home Depot in Pasadena. Staff was friendly and I found the flowers I was looking for. Someone was called to help me put the items in my car. Harold was courteous and friendly and put the items in my car with care.

Went to home depot to buy a hose and return one item. Had my items in a cardboard box. Set the box by the register, completed my purchase and left to go to my car. Realized I didnt have my car key and it must be in the box I left at the register. Went back immediately. No box, no key. Asked the employees who had been working right there. Before I could even finish my question they said they hadnt seen a box or a key. I asked if they could help me look around. They said no, sorry. Really??? Cant take one minute to look around for a box with a car key in it that had been left there for a minute or two?? They were totally unconcerned and unhelpful. Not one person took a second to loom around, check lost and found, nothing! The rapidity of their answers about no key and no box felt suspicious. Home depot has security footage right? Couldn’t let me speak with a manager, connect me with someone who might be able to help. That key fob costs several hundred dollars to get replaced. Do to set a thing down when your shopping there! It will mysteriously disappear and they probably wont help you look!

The employees at the Pasadena store are great, especially Angelina and Wes. Will be using this store from now on.

I recently had some landscaping work done and needed to add some irrigation and lighting. Surprisingly Home Depot in Pasadena had everything I needed and didn't have to run around. The selection is very good!

Pasadena store has one of the most friendliest Home Depot teams. Always appreciate the excellent service we receive from Alexis. She's also very knowledgeable and makes our home depot runs pleasant and easy.

We went into the store, looking for a toilet connector that will fit our recently purchased Bidet T valve. Maxwell, staff at the Pasadena store, helped us measure the sizes and seek the fitting parts. While there was not a fitting connector to be readily found at the store, Maxwell helped us regardless to fit what we had together, with a variety of tools and his expertise. The result works magic. We had a lot of hours of frustration with the misfitting bidet parts before coming here, and Maxwell saved us. He is so generous and helpful! We also found the manager Tony and the cashier Juan very friendly. Would definitely want to revisit this store.

I have been to this branch many times and every experience has been good. The staff are friendly and helpful, if one associate doesn’t know something then they find a more experienced associate who does, good team-work. Note for Home Depot Management: your survey on the receipt is utterly overlooked, clumsy to do and is probably preventing a lot of surveys from being done that would acknowledge an associate’s extra effort. I recommend you simplify it with a QR code and simple pin # vs two rows of 10 digits to input. Bring your survey up from the 1990’s to a simplified 2023 standard of user friendliness and you’ll see a lot more surveys coming! Especially if there is a discount code, points, raffle or something a Home Depot shopper can earn for doing them. Make the survey obvious, fun to do and big deal. Let’s get your staff acknowledged for a good job. It’s important to them. Don’t know if anyone reads this, but mentioning it.

I’ve bought many items over many years from Home Depot. I’m especially happy to have one close to me.

i recently purchased a home and been really busy working on it my self and hurt my back in the process Alen over in garden loaded the retaining wall bricks into the bed of my truck he made it much easier for me and my dad hes awesome thank you

Louis the return/sales desk personnel really goes out of his way to ensure all customers that need his help and guidance are properly attended to. He has helped me twice in two days and every time he has gone above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend this store. Especially Louis!

All three truly helped me with my color samples and were all so kind, professional and just easy to chat with. They all deserve recognition and they truly exemplify Home Depot—good products and good people

Juan from plumbing was incredibly kind and patient with all our questions. We got there an hour before closing but he still chose to take his time with helping us and being really sweet. We were greeted by Gloria from check out who was really festive and just as kind! She had a really wonderful present energy and we just wanted to make sure she and Juan knows it didn’t go unnoticed or unappreciated!

Juan in the plumbing department provided excellent service. He got exactly what I needed for my project and it worked great! Give that man a raise:). We’ll be back.

I live about halfway between this store and the Monrovia store. I usually use the Monrovia store because parking at this store is somewhat problematic. Otherwise the stores are pretty much the same.

Clean, friendly, helpful staff, well stocked. Is this really a Home Depot? Feels more like a smaller privately owned hardware store.

I was able to find the right product and the employee Alonzo was a great help finding and helping me with my purchase.

Picture yourself in deep contemplation with your spouse as a friendly face wanders up non assumingely with a cart and asks, “Is there anything you’d like help with today? Or perhaps a spare cart would be of use?!” Responses of various tone allotted to, “Maybe?!” He chucked gently and retorted, “Well at least you’re on the same page with a strong maybe.” We laughed and soon found ourselves enamored and ordering twice what we came for, but half of what we need, and eager to return for more! Tod assisted us from selection, through purchase, and truck load! We can’t say enough good things!

Initially, I thought I wouldn't be coming to this Home Depot too much because I like going to the larger locations. But you can't beat the great customer service at this store and that's hard to find out the larger stores. Nowadays, good customer service is rare, so when I find a place that provides it, I stick with it!!!

Angela spoke to us about our shopping experience with interest and enthusiasm, educated us on products we asked about, and was a joy to meet!

I made an exchange of floor planks that were heavy for me. Luis came to the rescue and guided us with the exchange and helped us all the way to our vehicle to load the boxes.

Looking for and found exactly what I wanted

Every time I go to the new Home Depot in Pasadena I am floored by the customer service. From product assistance, to check out, to returns - everyone is friendly, knowledgable, and caring. It feels much more like a neighborhood store than a big chain, and I actually enjoy shopping there!

This was the only store that had the item I was desperately looking for. The staff was very helpful and made me feel welcomed and valued. The cashier line was short and someone helped me load my items into my car. I was very, very happy.
