Went to get a price on a window covering for an odd sized window. Michael in flooring and window treatments was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Made shopping a breeze.

It is always fun going to this store. My wife and I cruze the aisles just for fun as we like to see new ideas that we could do to improve our home. Great place...

It would be nice the the associates in the tile department would follow through with a customer and get the boxes of tile loaded onto the carts.

Krysten was very friendly as usual and went far and beyond my expectations, offering me a hot chocolate and a great costumer service, almost everyone in this store smiles at you and offers you their assistance, but Krysten gets 10plus today, this is my favorite store in Arizona!

NIce Store. Friendly employees. Only negative comment: Placing sale items in main isle creating a "wall" in front of you as you enter to store is a bit off-putting. Poor Fung-shui.

Great store with huge selection. The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

I work at Pleasant Harbor in the events department. I’m always working with customers. When I go into the store location. They absolutely treat me like I am the customer of the month. But they just don’t do this to me I notice it they do it to everyone and I absolutely love that please let them know how very satisfied I am with this location and I will continue shopping here. Your staff has always been friendly and very kind and very helpful.

Nice garden store. Regularly visit it and find varieties of shrubs

items I shop for are always in stock and sales people are helpful in locating items throughout the store.

The store has a proactive staff. If you ask a sales associate a question and they don't have the answer the will make sure to ensure you get an answer.

This store is easy to get around in if you can't find what you are looking for try asking one of the employees they will let you know where to find your items or they may just take you there. Great people in this store.
