I only once had an can't say bad experience because it wasn't really the stores fault but I'm normally greeted and helped the people are so nice. I come so often they can even remember who I am. I love the store and it's associates. They are helpful, patient and kind. Its what you'd expect from customer service.

I was in and out within 20 minutes! The staff helped me as soon as I walked in the store to purchase a 150lb smoker/grill for my husband. They made my shopping experience delightful!

This store is the best the home improvement center in this area. Items are generally easy to find, but help is always available if needed. The store associates are some of the most friendly and courteous I've come into contact with; and being in the facilities business, I frequent quite a few vendor locations. This Home Depot should be a model for all to follow.

the eployee at the store in phenix city al store are very helpful but the invertory is not as good as the one in columbus ga but the employees in columbus are not very good combine the two stores and you have a jam up home depot

I did look online for a particular product, and if this store had this on the shelf. Online told me they had this item. I did get what I needed, but I wanted to look for a second item in the electrical area. I did not find the item nor did I find an employee near that area to ask. This store is in the same town that I live, so I will re-visit this store. I am concerned that another customer may have the same issue.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the store. Every employee I dealt with had a great attitude and smiled. Also got a great deal on the item I purchased.

There is never a need to search for a sales associate. In every department, you will find a friendly, helpful sales associate who will ask "do you need any help". Every one knew where to find what I needed, every one was friendly and courteous.

I could not find associate willing to help. I waited at the wire cutting station and even checked the aisles on both sides in the electrical section and no associate to assist. I started cutting my own electrical wire..even wrote up my own ticket so I could pay for it. Customer Service Is non existent here at this store.

I cut my card up in the parking lot by the front doors before I pulled out. I called cancelled my card and paid for my purchases using another card.
