Was looking for piping to make a T-Bar for my elbow rehabilitation. John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made two of them for me, based on pictures I took at the clinic. Very grateful, and so impressed! I'll definitely be back!!

My dad is a contractor and he shops at this location all the time! They are always helpful and he usually leaves satisfied with his purchases and experience! Definitely recommend this store!

I'm moving to Alabama. I rented a floor sander from the Columbus store and needed more sand paper. I called other hardware stores in the area but I had to get the round sand paper from Home Depot. I called and the associate I spoke with was the same who helped me. She was so knowledgeable and patient. Other associates were available to direct me to the correct section of the store. Thank goodness I did not have to travel all the way back to Columbus around 4 in the afternoon. I'm glad they realized how much Phenix City and surrounding areas are growing. I'll be a regular.

Home Depot is one my go to stores knowing that I would leave completely satisfied .

The store is always clean and the associates always shows there concern to me every time I visit the store, the signs are always visible to see and the product bar code always matches the code attached to the shelf, I say that because there have been stores I visited and the product was out of place because the bar codes didn't match I've haven't had this problem at this store during any of my visits, and I do visit this store a lot because it's close to where I live. Thank you to the Home Depot family

I have always checked Home Depot for my first resource in home improvement renovations but lately I have been disappointed in the tile department. I don't feel like Home Depot has been offering many choices or the higher end quality of tiles to choose from. I am a hands on shopper and do not like to internet shop when it comes to selection of home improvements so I'm sure there are more choices online but would rather see in person to make better decisions for our home.

Waited for help in Walmart for about an hour ,left and walked into Home Depot and i,,ediately was helped. Should have skipped Walmart altogether.

The staff is always very helpful! I know that I can go in there and tell them what I need and they will do whatever they can to make sure I leave happy and have all materials needed. I would recommend this store to anyone. They always have everything I need in stock as well which is very helpful!

Helpful, knowledgeable staff to assist with all home projects from do it yourself plumbing projects to gifts for the wife.

Every time I go to check out. There is never a wait. I can go in get what I need and leave! There is always plenty of lanes open when you have small children this is definitely a need. Any time I have needed help. I have no problems finding someone and them helping me with whatever I need.

Pay for convenience. Price higher than HD in Columbus.

We had to wait just a bit for cashier to get to the desk... She was helpful while ringing up our 2 separate orders.

Always go there for a few items and always end up leaving with quite a bit more. Went in there yesterday for a live Christmas Tree that was potted, found that along with two poinsettia's, some Christmas air freshener. I work at a VFW and we plan to get our live Christmas Tree there also.. I really do not like to shop but I always look forward to going to home depot!

Very good staff and each department has helpful assistance

The associates are always helpful, and friendly. I am a 65 year old disabled woman and always need to use the electric cars. There has always been one there and ready to be used. The older man that is usually there attending the cars has always been so helpful and polite, and just a joy to talk with. I always enjoy shopping at this Home Depot.
