Love the garden shop! Everyone has always been friendly, and checkout is pretty quick in the garden shop. I am somewhat disappointed they don't have washers or dryers in stock, they have to be ordered. I needed one that day, so I had to go somewhere else for it, and sometimes the paint dept is backed up. But overall I am satisfied with my shopping experience, and products I have purchased at Home Depot.

When everyone forgets Phenix City and builds their stores in Columbus GA, Home Depot came to us. They are always busy and over running with customers. Thank you Had for coming to Phenix City Alabama

We recently purchased a refrigerator on 03/21/19 for our new home. Upon arrival, the refrigerator was damaged and the delivery service Home Depot contracts out to, Hackbarth delivery service (BEWARE), damaged our home. We have a 3,000 sq ft. home and instead of going through the largest opening, they decided to go through the smallest entry into the kitchen, despite advice. They damage our front door entrance, the wall in the entry way to the kitchen, and the cabinets in our kitchen. Having not noticed the damage until they left, my spouse contacted the company to notify them to which they did not want to assume responsibility. We do not have any other furniture in the home and we closed on the brand new home a week ago. When trying to get the damage fixed, the self contractor stated that his "friend" could assess and fix the damage. We notified him that if this "friend" was not apart of the Better Business Bureau, then he would not be touching our home. This angered the contractor and he also handled business through texts (not complete sentences) and emojis. I will NEVER allow Hackbarth delivery service within a football field of my home again. Furious, my spouse and I went to the HD where we purchased our refrigerator to receive help in getting the refrigerator and damage fixed. We were referred to Corey, a manager at the store, who kindly listened to our situation and promptly executed a plan to resolve the issue at hand. Together we made a claim for the damage and he referred us to Anna to help get the damage to the refrigerator fixed. I can not speak enough great things about Corey and his professionalism and kindness. He went above and beyond to get our problem assessed. Anna has been very prompt in getting the ball rolling and she does what she says she is going to do. This is a rare quality in today's world. Because of these two extraordinary employees, I would highly recommend this store location to anyone. Once a new homeowner's nightmare has taken a turn around for the better. I would like to thank Corey and Anna for aiding us every step of the way! You two make the store welcoming and enjoyable. I hope HD acknowledges you two for your job well done!

Liked the help. Cashier Meliasa was nice. Called about what I needed ahead of the visit. Associate at the paint department was helpful over the phone. I went straight to the area he suggested. My visit was on 4/9/19.

Home Depot her in Phenix City is a very friendly Military or Veteran friendly store. Every time I go there they alaways help. Never had a bad experience there.

Had a wonderful experience while shopping at Home Depot. Will be shopping there often.

There are 2 gentlemen at this particular Home Depot store who I always look for or go to for assistance first. Those two gentlemen are John and Cisco. John, in particular, has been an employee at this store for many years and he knows where everything is in the store and will stop at nothing short to assist a customer. Cisco is a very knowledgeable source as well.

Appliance department needs some education on following up, listeni g and competing an order as the customer requests. 3 large appliances purchased requested install of course not installed delivered at 730 a.m. but delivery people did not install the products. Left on porch for me to deal with. Yeah, that's right, I called 2 times they kept saying someone would call but you guessed it no call and it is 5 oclock. Now I have 3 expensive items on my porch, rain coming. Have to pay someone to Install. Am I happy. NO!

Rudy was probably the best employee there he gave us a 20% discount and was very nice make him employee of the month! Thank you!!

Every time I visit this location I always receive excellent customer service. The employees are always willing to help and ask questions. As a female there are certain items I have questions on which would be best option for whatever type of project I'm trying to finish. And each time I travel to Home Depot in Phenix City they always put a smile on my face and my pocket book happy!!! Thanks Home Depot!!!!

This is the best home improvement store in the Phenix City, Alabama/Columbus, Georgia area. The store is clean and well organized. They are generally well stocked, but moreover, they provide superior customer service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and show it when dealing with ALL customers. I have two other home improvement stores closer to my home, but I prefer to come to this one for my needs; and I always use this store for purchases for my workplace. Thanks for all you do to make getting what I need for home and work a pleasurable experience!
