Louie is the go to here. He is probably the most knowledgeable person I have met in quite a while. Also just an all around nice guy.

I love that all the employees know each other and know where the right person is for my needs.

When i went to home depot at check out sheila the manger profiled me and made the cashier check in between the totes that i was purchasing as if i was going to steal somthing. This put me and the cahier in an uncofortable situation.

I attempted to purchase a marked down Milwaukee leaf blower. Even though the system showed inventory, none could be found. Alisha in cust. serv., went out of her way to order and have the item delivered, no charge, to my place of business. This type of service is a rarity these days!

I came to exchange a faulty item and waited very long for the garden employee to show up to their dept. Isaias went to go find the key himself to unlock the item and help me exchange! great employee

Kelley at the cash register was very helpful and cheerful during my checkout.

The young gal today that helped us find a solar light went over and above in locating it. She basically walked the entire store to find them since there were not where they said they were on the website. DIdn't get her name but she was terrific!

The associate help me find an item that was not where it was supposed to be he was very persistent and he ended up finding them for me thank you so much.

We recently had flooring installed in our home and had leftover product. We returned the leftover material to the Home Depot at 51st and baseline. Angie, was our customer service person. She was exceptionally nice and very knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained everything to us and went a step above and beyond and left a note for someone else to contact us regarding a return. She made the process painless and completed it in a timely fashion.

Sales Associate Joshua Sanchez in the kitchen department provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to help us answer questions and make an informed decisions. We went back multiple times to speak to him because of his kindness, hard work, and helpfulness. We’d recommend anyone thinking of a kitchen remodel to go see Joshua. We spent comfortable spending our money knowing we make the right choice because of his time and effort. Thank you Joshua!!
