Today my 4 year old granddaughter and I visited the garden at the 51st Ave and Baseline location and we had a lot of fun picking out new plants to get!

Purchased blinds for 1300.00 and they suck keep falling down. Crappy service. Junk

A young man helped me choose and rip a plywood sheet. He gave me encouragement about completing my project with sturdier plywood, which I'm so glad I used! He was so helpful and made me feel confident I could do this project using power tools for the first time. I also appreciated a female associate who helped me with paint selections. It was great to feel empowered by Home Depot staff, especially since at another location I was told to "just go to Michaels" and use craft supplies instead of power tools and plywood since I hadn't done it before. This location in Laveen definitely seems to have staff who care much more about helping people even if they are new to DIY and powertools, and really took the time to get me what I needed to complete my project in the best way. Thank you!

I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank 2 of your team members, Joe 1 and Joe 2 for the exceptional service I received during my recent visit. I came in looking for a solution to replace a broken piece on my pool filter, a part that would have otherwise cost me $619. As I was strugging to figure out what I could use as a replacement, your employees stepped in to assist me, offering creative ideas and demonstrating true determination to help me find a workable substitute. Their teamwork and persistence ultimately led to a successful solution using a mix of hardware available in-store, saving me the cost of an expensive replacement part. What impressed me just as much was the experience at checkout. The store had just closed a few minutes earlier, yet your employees made sure that I had everything I needed and then walked me to the register. Because the store was already closed and I'm sure everyone was wanting ro go home, I was expecting to be hurried out, but instead of feeling rushed, I was met with kindness and an upbeat attitude from the cashier, whose excellent customer service was a perfect way to end my visit. As someone who works in the construction industry, I truly value great service and problem-solving. This experience left such a positive impression on me that I will gladly share it with others and recommend this location. Please extend my gratitude to your team for their professionalism, determination, and outstanding customer care. Employees avoid eye contact and the customer. Are not properly trained at providing customer service, which is a direct reflection or the poor leadership.

Went to Home depot on the Fourth of July. I was installing a utility sink and had some missing components that they’re not come with the glacier Bay sink I purchased at Home Depot. I was helped by Roe. He was fantastic the way he understood when I said “the thing that goes into that thing” and knew exactly what pieces I was talking about. He sent me home with all the materials I needed to finish setting up the utility sink in my laundry room and I finished up that night!! Definitely will be back and look for him for future projects.

I bought tile and a stove at Home Depot.The person that help us was I think her name was Alisha.She work out of the tile section she help on both purchases she was nice and kind.she explained everything to us I would recommend her to anybody.

A store, not a good one

I walked and looked around for help but associate were busy gossiping

Nobody cares at this place everyone’s busy doing their job. No one cares about if you find what you need I would never recommend this location to anybody.

Store is only 1/2 mile from our home, so we are really happy that the staff is friendly, the store is always clean and well-lit, the parking lot is clean, and there are enough clerks on duty. All of the clerks can’t possibly know where every item is, but they are willing to look and/or find someone who does know. Shopped here since the day it opened.

I have conducted business with Home Depot for years. I have not been disappointed with their service or products.
