Exceptional Service @ Customer Service Desk
I have had several items to return lately. The persons at the Customer Service desk are exceptionally friendly, helpful and accessible. This has been consistent over a year or so.
The only issue I had was when I was out looking for bathroom faucets, I had to ask three employees before one of them had a measuring tape.

Glad I moved from California
I've been shopping here since I moved to Oregon 2 years ago. Big difference is that here every store employee I have encountered has been pleasant, and helpful. Makes the shopping experience enjoyable.

Can I give one star?
After a number of negative experiences, mostly around delivery of appliances, I have to say I have had it with Home Depot. A previous snafu with delivery of our washer and dryer (delayed delivery, damaged item, long time to replace) should have been a big red flag. We hoped to have a better experience when ordering a new dishwasher...they assured us there was a new delivery company, and that we'd have our item on time. Didn't happen. And the date they came up with was ten days after the original delivery date. When we called to try to work something out with them, there was no attempt to keep our business (we cancelled the order and will be cancelling our account.) Really poor customer service. We'll be taking out business elsewhere.

Took 4 hours to purchase and get out of store.
WE ended up taking home a 30" vanity with a 37" top.
I know we should have been more careful and checked our items more closely but after such a stressful 4 hours we just wanted out of there. Husbands stress helped cause a case of shingles before we even left the store. Not kidding
