Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Is there an appliance sale for the Spring Deals event?

Find some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that to-do list as the weather brings sunny cheer. It's also a great time for organizing your home with the perfect storage, setting up appliances indoors, and doing lawn and garden work outdoors. Remember to upgrade your outdoor power equipment and patio furniture as well. Get it all done when you save during our Spring Deals sale that runs from April 23rd through May 10th. Don't miss out on these bargains.

How can I prep my home for flip-flopping spring temps?

Make certain your home is set for wild temperature swings by replacing faulty components of your hardscaping and home. If water freezes inside the crevices, you might be in for a headache. Check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. On the exterior of your home, inspect shingles or metal roofing for damage that can let water seep in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent ice dams if you're still prone to ice storms and snow. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're badly weathered.

Do you offer moving boxes?

Make storage or moving easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you've been searching for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.

Why should I get a generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with hurricanes, tornados, blizzards, severe thunderstorms, or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy power when the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, don't forget that inverter generators are pricier than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. Always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

What benefits do doorbell cameras have?

Enjoy privacy, peace of mind, and safety with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. No more peeking through a nearby window when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

What's the project at The Home Depot Kids Workshop this month?

Head to our Kids Workshop from 9–noon on May 2, 2026. Give your children a taste of the joy of building with this adorable keepsake box. Constructing this kid-sized trinket holder is a great way to encourage creativity, listening abilities, and fine motor skills. Team up with your little one to make this fun craft while supplies last. Remember to leave plenty of time to decorate your box with stickers!
