I came in for plumbing help . Loren went way above what i excpected . He helped me find what i needed and walked me threw repair .

I bought a new refrigerator about 6 months ago and now just purchased a new dishwasher.. The expertise of our appiance salesperson, David, was excellent and we will be turning to him for future purchases.

First time in this Home Depot and I was vey impressed with how clean the store was, and how extremely clean the store was . Great experience and they had what I needed for the project on my list.

The employees are so friendly and knowledgeable they go out of their way to help you with your needs. If you need something in plumbing Joe M is the man to talk to his knowledge is way beyond his years! The store is so clean and organized! I will shop here for all my home needs. Great experience from the time I walked in to my check out experience I give them 5 stars all the way!

I have been going to this store for over 20 years. It usually has what I need and the employees have always tried their best to help me. Many experts in specific departments such as plumbing and paint and carpentry are actual trades people who are happy to teach me a thing or two.

Best part of shopping at HomeDepot is the helpful and knowledgably employees.

Online ordering and ordering ov er the phone and going in the store to pick up the merchandise is ALWAYS a smooth and easy experience--Thank you!

Paint shop could not mix paint because tinting system was down

David King was my sales person in appliances at the Plymouth, Five Mile and Beck store. His patience and knowledge made me purchase 5 major kitchen appliances from him. I always felt he had my best interest. Ask for David King in appliances.

I was able to find everything I was looking to purchase in one visit. The issue is lack of attentive cashiers. My kiosk gun malfunctioned and the kiosk began blaring that I needed assistance, it was quite loud, but not loud enough to get the attention of the cashier 6-8 feet away. She was engrossed on her phone that she didn't look up or hear the kiosk. I had to get her attention for assistance as the man's kiosk behind be malfunctioned in the same manner. It was a quiet night so there was no reason for her not to hear the kiosk other than she was not paying attention. Better trained front line employees would provide better customer service and customer satisfaction.

I live within a five mile radius containing three Home Depot stores. One I don't use because it's a bit out of the way, but the other two I use regularly, this being one of them. After several experiences over several years, I can honestly say this is the better store. I don't want to name the other out of politeness but if you're curious I'm sure you can figure it out by yourself. Doesn't matter, just shop here. The staff in this store is professional, attentive and curious. I don't run into any "attitude" like I have at other places. Maybe it helps that this isn't the busiest store in the area and consequently the employees aren't all stressed out, especially during COVID. But I don't think that's it, exactly, I personally think this store is managed well. My favorite is the paint department, the two nice ladies there clearly know what they're doing. Another bonus, buying mulch in spring is easy here, there's lots of room and they'll load it in your car any day of the week. In fact they have people waiting out there for you. Love this place.

I can’t say enough about this particular home depot. Since we moved to this area we frequent this store and have always had excellent service. We have done a couple remodels and have used many departments in which we have had excellent service. Thank you to the staff at the 5 Mike and Beck location. We will continue to shop your store.

The Plymouth Home Depot is great. Always clean and the employees are always friendly and helpful. It just has a comfortable feeling. How nice to have a store where the employees are always willing to help you find what you are looking for.

Friendly people, even though more knowledge and advice by content would be appreciated. 'Searching' for the right product together is not what I need, I need advice.

Sam was very helpful in our purchase of patio furniture. We decided to buy the floor sample as patio furniture is selling fast. She arranged the purchase and our delivery. The associates were helpful and our always friendly especially when I bring my dog in to shop with me.
