The store did not provide customer service upon a price discrepancy that was caused by the store. Cashier was very dismissive and did not provide a valid solution. Store should also consider properly tagging and pricing their fencing items, the entire section is in need of attention, as the issue that occurred was due to a pricing variation on a fence topper.

We needed lumber pretty darn fast on an emergency project with a lot of rotted wood. Not only were they efficient in lumber department but they helped and answered all of our questions quickly and effectively. Thank you Home Depo Poinciana!!!

great customer service.

This store is convenient to Davenport and I recently bought a house there, so I have been going to this Home Depot for the past 2 months. Sales associates are very helpful. They will help find what I am looking for, help with suggestions about supplies and accessories, replace damaged goods and seamlessly refund returned items.

This store have some very nice workers. There friendly and very eager to help you.

I Purchased Appliances & Blinds & The Associates from Floor Dept. & Blind Dept. were very helpful Knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely go back to that store # 6851.

we were sent from the store located in lake wales to pick up a bathroom door that the costumer service of island 29 put on hold for us I asked her if she would need the name of the person she had spoken with and she told me "No, the employee with whom I spoke told me that the door will be in hold at costumer service, you just have to go and pay and pick it up. But after traveling 45 minutes to the store located in Ponciana, when we arrived at costumer service to pick up the door Nobody knew anything, nobody helped us and the lady who attended us the only thing she did was ask us for the name of the person in the other store, then she sent us to look for the door, if there was, then I finally found the door without receiving No help, I asked for help to load the door to my car and we were waiting for 15 minutes the help never came so my husband got desperate and we started walking to our car and we had to go up the door n we. my husband has a hernia in his back and I am not very strong. It is the worst experience I have ever had with home depot. I gave them a star because they had the product. If you want to be well served, go to any other store in this franchise because this one sucks.

All the employees are friendly and helpful starting with management as well as the rest off the employees. Also the store is kept very clean and everything in its place. Love shopping at this Poinciana Home Depot!!

everything I need I found it in the store

I have found everything that i need and very good service.

Ok. Faye the appliance specialist, And yes she is a specialist with super powers. And deserves to be recognized. I’ve been going to this location for three years. This time I went for something pretty simple but I wasn’t as educated in the particular field as I thought. Right when I’m like ok... now I have to use google to check what other people say about the product so I can make an educated decision on what to purchase. I had my 3 year old daughter with me at the time. Faye the Angel! Came over and politely Suggested the product I need and informed me of the difference! Wow Wow Wow. It might seem tiny but this literally made my day! not only did she do her Job exceptionally well. She actually made me Want to come back to the store! Fantastic she is. Thanks for all you do and have done Faye the appliance queen! THANK YOU!! I pray you get all you need and want in life! Well done!

Never go to cashier maranda. Always rude to me. Past years. 4 times. I will avoid her from now on.

Worst place to buy. Online orders are a disaster. Please don’t use online orders. Staff not friendly and you are not able to speak with the manager. I canceled two online orders after ridiculous waiting time period (2hrs).

We spend over $8,000.00 intwo weeks and they still charging me 79.00 for delivering a riding lawn mower.

Blanca was the cashier for this visit. I was able to find the products needed, someone assisted me with finding items, and the store was clean.

Julissa resolved my issue on he spot with another employee who I had a misunderstanding with. She delegated & tackled my issue like a true leader.

The associates are the best part. They are there when we need help in each department.

Overall experience was good

Unfortunately this is the closest store to where I live, and I normally therefore go to another big box store with similar products. But this store is one of the better maintained stores that I have found.
