Everyone is always very friendly. I have been going to this location for 3 years now. Employees are very friendly. Berry always helps me even though she is not on the painting dept anymore.

Store is always clean and well stocked... it’s like when you were a kid and went to the local hardware with your dad.

The people in this store seem to be very friendly and helpful. There is another Home Depot closer to our home, but we prefer the service at this #6851 Kissimmee (Poinciana) store, even though it it is a little farther drive.

Poor customer Assistance. No help. Lack of proper carts to transport heavy long objects. They can't get extra inventory from the back on saturdays?

Hello there, Today I visited the home depot in poinciana. I received no help carrying a 300 lb shelve. I asked employees multiple time for help. On top of that they didn't have the orange pushy cart thing. I had to manage this 72 inch box 300 lb into a cart. In the process the box was damaged with metal sticking out and I sliced up my finger. I finally managed to get it to check out and paid. The cashier was nice! Then I asked for help loading it. No help. Very upset with lack of asistance.

THE STORE WAS CLEAN ALL EMPLOYEES WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY OVER ALL IT WAS A GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

An associate in the paint department is friendly, courteous and so helpful with any project you have. Can’t remember his name but he is a male white with red hair and red facial hair. Another Associate is mrs Belle who is a cashier in the lumber section. This lady is a doll who is loving, very helpful and remembers customers.

Excellent store, products are easy to find. What brings me back is the warmth and friendliness of the sales associates and staff. I drive past the other home department store competitor because your staff and your prices make the difference. Employees are always helpful with a smile and they physically walk you to the area for the products that you're inquiring about. Impressed. Thanks again.
