I do not like visiting this store because my vehicle was broken into two years ago and that has colored my opinion relative to this store. I cannot shop in peace because I am constantly concerned about the safety of my vehicle.

Easy in east out great service! Decent selection of small items.

I just went in for some AAA batteries and corner braces. While browsing I found some dimmable LED's. Bought them, installed them and am very happy with their performance, quality and illumination. Albeit dimmable LED's probably have been around for a while it was a discovery to me. I am glad HD had them in stock.

I am very pleased to have this store In our area of the city. Being the owner of an older home, I shop often for needed materials to keep my home in shape . Home Depot is OK with me!

Even though it's a smaller Home Depot it still has a great range of products.

walked in to get keys made and was out in a little under 15 mins.the keys were cut great. 10/10 would recommend. friendly associates as well.

I have been renovating my home for 5 years now and have found that the employees at the Poplar branch in Memphis, Tn. have been quite helpful with instruction and advice on my many visits. Especially in the paint department.

We found the 2 associates plus the cashier in lawn and garden very friendly and helpful. They assisted w/our mulch purchase by suggesting one and moving the forklift to get it for us. They acted like they genuinely cared! I always love coming to this location of home depot

While walking toward the garden area , a male associate did acknowledge my presence and ask as well as,directed the person knowledgeable of area to assist me. Even though the young lady was just starting her break, she did take a few moments to help me. Secondly, she suggested a product and explained the proper use of it. That's what I call the "Royal Treatment."

I go to Home Depot at least 1 a week and they usually have what I am looking for and are always super helpful and friendly. Even though every blue moon I have to go to the competitor, Home Depot is always where I go first!!!

I always have a positive experience when shopping at Home Depot. My only request is that the Home Depot app is improved so I can easily locate items within the store. That way, when I speak with associates, it won't be to ask where certain items can be found, but how I can better complete a project.

I can't say enough positive comments about this store & employees. I am undergoing a home renovation and am a single mom with 2 small children. Every time I have visited this store I have been blown away with the attitude & helpfulness of the employees. They even know my little girl's babydoll's name & that my son likes getting the sale papers!

as a home owner I am always coming to home depot .there is always something needed or wanted and I have found the weekend classes helpful informative and can usually find someone there to give information or tips on doing what ever the need is for that particular trip to home depot. thank you

I always enjoy going to our Home Depot to shop and just to look around. I can always find an associate to ask question about a product or where it is located. Glad that your company moved into midtown.

Product availability was good, store was well organized and the lighting was good. However, not all associates are willing to help the customer. In the paint department of the Memphis Midtown store I asked a female associate where to find gloves for stripping paint. She was talking with another associate and really did not like me interrupting her but I had to. She just pointed to the aisle where the gloves where and said indifferently: "Over there". She was not going to stop talking with the other store associate to come out from around the paint corner and help me. However, Jeff the male associate was running around helping customers and he was very helpful to me and paid attention to my needs. Thank you Jeff for doing what the other associate could not because she was way too busy talking to another store associate to help me. Be careful in the paint department you may not get the service one would expect in the paint department.

It's well organized and the staff are always very friendly. Plus, it's very convenient to me.

ENJOYABLE. HOME DEPOT IS CLOSE TO MY HOME AND OFFICE AND ,TYPICALLY, HAS THE PRODUCTS I NEED AND ARE, USUALLY, MORE THAN PRICE COMPETITIVE

I placed an order online to pick up at the store. The two associates, Kim and CeCe, were friendly and helpful. The order was not complete and both of them help to find the items and fill the order. They went above and beyond being helpful. Kudos to Kim and CeCe!

Associate was readily available and was very knowledgeable about products I had questions about. Helped me make my purchase easier.

The specific sales associate did not know the products and the location of the part I was looking for. I had to search the store for the piece.

If you aren't getting anything large, bulky, or heavy, and you know what you need, it's a great store. Finding an associate to help with anything is incredibly difficult at this store and has been consistently the last several times I've been in this store while working on home projects. Associates do not ask if you need help and are difficult to find, once found it is difficult to get an associate to actually help. After paying for a truck that was on a time limit and went up exponentially if late and spending $300 on a truckload of 16' wood, I had to ask a rude associate for assistance loading several times. She consistently forgot and was slow making any effort at all to contact anyone. The last time, after I'd begun loading the truck myself, she very rudely told me to chase down one of the men pushing carts on the other side of the lot and ask them myself. However, there is one guy that works in the tool rental space who rented the truck to us who has awesome customer service. He was super kind, honest, and easy to talk to, and he was incredibly helpful and did not make me feel like a burden in any way. This has not been the case with other store personnel.

Three ladies helped us out this evening - Taunia, Claudia, and Jamie. These ladies knew their stuff, they were super helpful, made shopping much easier and more enjoyable, and they even joked around while we checked out! They were absolutely wonderful.

While I didn't shop for paint this trip, I do depend heavily on recommendations from the paint department when I do.

I love coming to the popular Home Depot store to see my favorite cashier Myrdett, she always has a smile and a hug for me.
