This store was my favorite store at one time, but NOT anymore. There are a few RUDE WOMEN at this location and I mean rude everytime I shop in this store! Management won't do anything about it because I have complained several times before. I'm sure they just sweep it under the rug like it's no big deal.One rude person was Tonja in electrical, who acts like I'm bothering her anytime I need her help in electrical, just down right mean and rude. I don't think I'll be purchasing anything else from this location anytime soon for this reason only. Why can't corporate office do some anger management classes with your angry and bitter employees! Maybe if one customer at a time just stopped shopping here, then someone MIGHT CARE.

Sometimes it appears that there aren't enough people working at that site.

This is my first review but I have been a customer for over 20 years I have never had any complaints the young man was so polite and kind helping me.

Excellent customer service was provided by multiple associates. Pleasant attitudes and rationally organized store.

the cashier asked me to apply for a credit card I would have not have applied if not asked. Although I needed the card for repairs to a house I just purchased, I would not have applied if she didn't ask. Thumbs up to her because I really needed the card.

Always a friendly staff! And a pleasurable experience. It is a smaller Home Depot and does not offer some services the bigger stores do.

Employees are not helpful at all. Try a different store. (I am not saying all but the one i felt with was not helpful)

This store has great employees, everyone in the store was helpful and some went above and beyond to help us get what we need.

Do not bother to order anything on-line for in-store pick-up. I ordered a product on-line, but the web site did not work. So I called to place my order. The operator said I would get an email when the product was ready for pick-up. About an hour later I get the email saying my product was ready for pick up. I drove to the store and went to the service desk. I was told they did not have the product in stock. I had already paid for the product using my credit card over the phone. When I wanted to get a refund from the customer service desk, I had to swipe my card again so that I could get a refund. (?) I have no idea if I have charged twice for the same product. This was a futile, disappointing experience from me. Better take you business somewhere else where they know what they are doing.

I live right by this store and everyone is always helpful and nice. I often need things for projects and for my garden and they haven't failed me so far.

Great location and very convenient for me since I live downtown. The only problem I have with coming there is that sometimes people hang out in the parking lot waiting for customers to come out of the store, or get out of their cars and then "hit them up" for money. They are begging and always have some kind of story, but since I live here I know that it is usually to support a drug or alcohol habit. Sometimes the store employees will run them off.

Ii can always have a good experience when shopping here,friendly staff,very courteous and always ready to assist,and yes your store is always clean as i shop there monthly,sometimes more often,my community appreciates Home Depot in Midtown.

I have verbally complained and give written notice to the ridiculous parking mess at this store. I have been block-in a designated parking spot by inconsiderate "contractors" who think they own the parking lot. I have seen upset customers almost come to blows before. Management does nothing to correct this awful situation.

With employee assistance, I was able to locate the item I needed in record time!

This is an outstanding Home Depot store. The customer service is excellent. When I had trouble with a washing machine that I recently bought at this Home Depot, they stood behind the product they had sold me and replaced it. I also like shopping at this store because I'm able to find a friendly employee to help me if I'm looking for something I can't find.

Great neighborhood store. It does not have as big a selection as some of the bigger stores, but I use this one almost 100% of the time. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Everyone gets to know you as a person, not just a customer if you go in there a lot like I do. I highly recommend this store to people who live nearby.

Good features: Store was clean, supervisor at sales desk was helpful . Problems: I went to buy a gas grill on memorial day weekend. Clerks hard to come by and not very knowledgeable or prompt. We found the right model eventually out front of the store. Checkout was slow and somewhat unpleasant. The grill was delivered to my home filthy inside, presumably for sitting for weeks outdoors somewhere. grime in bottom cabinet, leaves, spiders, and especially a lot of dirt in side burner space. Entirely unnecessary it seems to me.

The personnel at the store are very helpful and the store is very convenient for Midtowners. Easy to find things.

Needed Some Fertilizer to help my Blueberries, The store employee new exactly what I needed. The fertilizer was for azaleas, in the same family as blueberries? who would have know?

Of all the good experiences I have had at HD this was absolutely the worst! On 5/5/17 at approximately 11 am the store was full of shoppers. There was only the Pro check out and self check out open. Shoppers were lined up 5 and 6 deep with only 2 check out stations open. The management must have been totally oblivious to what what was going on. Employees were just standing around because they either were not cashiers or they just didn't care. This went on for at least 10 or more minutes and shoppers were getting very upset. Wake up HD management and employees! When the store is full of shoppers and only 2 checkout stations are open then somebody needs to get on the ball. If this was exemplary of customer service then HD totally failed. No one was watching out for the shopper. However I was able to find all the products I needed. Getting out of the store was a whole different unpleasant experience.

Knowing that I was not the only person in the store it took over 20 minutes for an associate in plumbing to help me with my needs. The associate was paged once. It took way way too long to get some help. I don't know if it was indifference or the associate simply did not hear the page. Regardless if someone was paying attention maybe it would not have taken so long to get the needed help.

The employees are a reflection of the management. If i can, I will not be going back to this store. I usually shop at the Truse Store. I will continue going to Truse!!!! I spent over an hour trying to find items that did not have a location in the computer. Employees that question that product even exists. ( Had to pull the item up on my phone to prove it to them) Then to be told.....I don't know where it is. Aisles blocked so you could not get down them. At one time, four aisles, one forklift. You folks lost out on a couple of hundred dollars because I could not get down them. And this was not for just a few minutes. I was in that store for over an hour. I had to educate a customer in the garden area about some plants because the garden employees did not have a clue. In the end I finally found a very nice employee help me find an item that no one else knew where it was. The cashier was also very nice. I wish I had gotten their names as they helped me with my frustration of this store. And just to let you know, I spent over $300 on this visit. Since I could not get help or get down aisles, that money I didn't spend here goes to Truse. I hope you are proud store manager.

I'm usually satisfied when I shop at this location. Although sometimes there isn't enough help in the gardening area, causing me to wait for long periods before I get heavy lifting assistance.

I normally shop at the southaven store because it's closer but considering the difference in the service that I recieved if all associates are like Jamie Davis flooring specialist Poplar will be my go to store

This was and easy in and out for me. The store needs to put more emphasis on cleanliness. It is not bad but Lowes seem to put emphasis on cleanliness than this HD. That won't stop me from buying there. I just feel it could be better. Associates for the most part good and helpful. Assistance was not required this trip.
