Home Depot in Fort Gratiot have the best employees of any home improvement store in town Very friendly and willing to help

Employees know where to find what you need even if it's not their department. They all know their departments well! The people I have worked with have been there 10 plus years. They are always friendly,kind, and willing to help with smiles on their faces!

The staff was very helpful in locating exactly what I needed in the electrical department and even showed me a new product to cover repaired electrical cords, instead of using electrical tape. Awesome!!

I could always find an employee willing to take me to the item I was searching for. All staff actually seemed like they wanted to work there and were not just putting in time. I bought a cottage locally and originally looked at all three big box stores in the area and none of the others came close to Home Depot in friendly, cheerful and courteous staff.

I usually always find something that will make a great gift for anyone, even if I'm only there to buy nails.

I always have a very pleasent shopping experience at this Home Depot. The employees go above and beyond to make sure of this.

I went into the store with a fuse my neighbor stated I needed (I am not skilled in this area) for my air conditioning unit to work. I found a floor employee right away. He looked up the item and found where it would be located, he walked me to the area and made sure that it was the exact item I was looking for before I left.

All items on my need list were found without trouble, everything was right where the signage said it should be.

The employee matched my paint chip with the paint for a perfect match. I bought just a little jar to test the paint first. It was a perfect match. I then went back and purchased an entire gallon to touch up some painted areas outside my house. Again, perfect match. All the employees that I encountered were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. My wife and I went to the Port Huron, MI Home Depot to purchase a washing machine. We were met by sales associate Jim Tubbs. Jim could NOT have been more knowledgeable, courteous and OUTGOING!!! We would recommend Jim and Home Depot to everyone with home improvement needs.
