Nick and Erin went through 2 pallets of faucet pallets to find what I needed. It took awhile. I waited and I was able to go home and get my tub faucet fixed, so I could shower. They didn't have to help but Im glad they did. I had been to two other stores before coming to Home depot. The lady on the fork lift also helped me talk through the job I needed to do and it worked, kind of tape and all.Thank you for employing these people that didn't mind working or helping.. Cynthia

Two ladies named Joann were very helpful at the checkouts. Veronica approached us near plumbing and was very pleasant and helpful. The man working in appliances seemed arrogant. We went there to buy a dishwasher and pretty quickly decided we wouldn't buy a pack of gum from him. We are happy with the ceiling fan we bought and also the outdoor light fixtures. We would be even happier with a new dishwasher. The store appeared orderly and clean including the restrooms.

I continually count on this Home Depot to have the products I need. It is especially helpful to be able to get items from other stores shipped to my local Home Depot at no additional cost. Keep up the great service.

If you are looking for assistance or someone to interact with, you will not find it in the paint department. Asking me for my color and finish and coming back in ten minutes was the only interaction they (staff) felt essential to seek. When I returned no one to answer any questions, just the paint on the counter, with the color swatch! If you have any questions beyond the type of paint and color, you should look elsewhere to buy your paint.

We go there at least every week even though we live 30 plus miles away......

I went there to purchase some potting mix, and all the garden employees were extremely helpful. I had two of them approach me and ask me if I needed help, then they actually followed through and helped me.

Store employees and assistant manager went out of their way to assist me. I did not go to the store, they came to me!!

Everytime j go there even if it's 15 minutes before closing they are always super helpful and make sure you get whatever you need at the time. Especially at the Pro desk and Customer service!

The man in plumbing was so nice and helped us find what we needed quick. We went to appliances for a new fridge and James Tubbs helped us pick out a nice inexpensive fridge. Was helpful, honest and caring. He found us one to take home that day. Was a very good experience.

I have always been greeted by employees and when I need assistance they can be very helpful.

To much clutter in the main isles, ladders not being used, took me a long time to find out where the rock salt was located, Price not marked, hard to find employee to answer question

I live in Grand Rapids and have a place in Lexington. The service at the PORT HURON HOME DEPOT is by far the best of all the different home improvement stores I shop at in either city.

JoAnn at check out was amazing.

They were able to check stock on are order right away and answered all questions.

From this day forward I will always be buying and having my carpet installed from Home Depot. Great selection wonderful prices. the customer service is fantastic the contractors are fast it was a really easy experience and in these hectic times making things easy for the customer is what matters most!
