Our shopping experience today was great. We were attended to right away when we requested some assistance. The staff at Home Depot were helpful and kind. We purchased our merchandise quickly, for a good cost and from members of the Home Depot Team who were pleasant and happy to help us. Thanks Home Depot Team.

the store was bright and clean, asked an associate about the product I was looking for, he took me to the location and helped me find exactly what I needed and we confirmed the pricing I looked up online and carried my items up to the check-out.

Mitch, an associate there, helped me pick out the correct heater for my garage, helped me get it through check out quickly, and even loaded it in my car! It is not often one gets this incredible customer service in any store, but I will be buying more from Home Depot because of the great service experienced.

The store was clean and when I couldn't find the item I was looking for an associate was easy to find and took me right to the location on the item I was looking for. The cashier was very friendly and quick to check me out.

My husband and I are not ones to fill out these on-line reviews, but in this case we are making an exception! We have shopped Home Depot stores in Metro Detroit, Boston, Naples, Florida and New York/New Jersey. The Fort Gratiot, Michigan store is superior. Everything from the uncluttered aisle ways, the cleanliness of the store and well-stocked shelves, but most importantly the wonderful staff and sales associates will keep us as returning customers. Thanks to Steve the manager, Mike in flooring along with cashiers, Cheryl and Jackie along with all the other associates we came into contact with for helping us with our purchases and providing the best Home Depot experience we have ever had!

Couldn't ask for any better service when we ordered and received our shed from our Fort Gratiot Home Depot! Not only did manager Bruce match Menard's advertised price.....he had the shed delivered right to our home and left where WE needed it to be!

We used to be Lowe's fans....but we were increasingly let down by their choices in materials. We started going to Home Depot when remolding our home and were never disappointed!! We always find what we need there and the helpful customer service has always been great!

I'm in the middle of building a hatbox for my military dress hat. It will be part of a ceremony and I have very little in the way of wood working skills and tool accessibility. I ended up in a bind and needed a specific screw driver and saw to complete my project (which was on a very tight timeline). Bruce, Suzette, and Sue came to my rescue! They went way out of their way to get the tools that I needed and to assemble a saw that could make the small angled cuts required. Bruce safely performed the cuts and I was able to leave the store with my project completed. They really came through for me and I cannot thank them enough. Amazing customer service!

We had a problem with an online order The associate handled it in an efficient manner tracked down what the problem was. and our order should be delivered to the store in a few days

I thought I got a great deal on some beautiful wood floor. After I bought it I found out my sub-floor was too wavy to install it. Went into Home Depot with no idea of what to do!! I was disappointed and now my budget was even smaller. The sales person in flooring was super cool. She listened to my situation, gave me all the options that would work, checked with her supervisor to make sure everything was right and helped me select the product that would get me job done....and I stayed on budget!!! The cashier Sydney was very pleasant and had a great smile. That smile alone would make me come to her line every time. She was very fast at checking me out and informed me of store credit card. Very happy. Also Alex was helpful in choosing the right glue.
