Shopping at this store is a Monumental task there's nobody to help you customer service is horrible nobody is friendly they walk past you as if they don't see you and almost every associate you go to gives you a different answer to a product the shelves are always out of stock cones are always off you check the app it says there is product you ask the associate there's no product on the Shelf is empty all they do is move another product into the box or space so they don't have to feel it too many times I have to go to the store and be pointing out what I want on the upper shelf and asking them to take it down for me but they have the space for that product filled with something else they are lazy uncooperative and as a result this week alone I left the store twice and drove 20 minutes to another Home Depot just to get what I want that is horrible we should not have to do that as customers and management does not care well they are never visible

Got my Kitchen design done great service here and of course this is where I go for all my tools.

Went in to rent a rugdoctor carpet cleaning tool. Staff made it super easy and the whole process took about 10 minutes.

Home Depot declined my debit card, so I used my credit card. My debit card is new, so I assumed I didn’t activate it properly, but somehow, Home Depot still took the funds out of my debit card.

The store is clean and well maintained. On all of my shopping experiences I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable.

I was very impressed with the location on Gatlin Blvd in Port Saint Lucie. The store was very clean, well stocked and organized. The staff were very helpful and professional.

I stopped at the paint counter to find the associate, Jaime, on his phone and visibly annoyed that I needed his help. He put his hand out and continued to look the other way while I put the chip I needed matched into his hand. He walked to the other counter and proceeded to point at a paint guide as if I should’ve known the question he wanted answered and never spoke. I responded with flat, matte-which seemed to answer the question he couldn’t be bothered to actually ask. He handed me the chip back and it had been put in the machine upside down because he wasn’t paying any attention to me when I handed him the sample in the beginning. I made him aware and he proceeded to match it again and then tint my paint. Finally he handed me my paint and I checked out. I have an entire house to paint but will be taking the rest of my business elsewhere.

This has been by far the best home depot I have been to. Everyone is always helpful and friendly.

Aga, one of the reps there is always kind and friendly, but more than that she always knows what she’s doing.

I frequent this Home Depot at least twice a week for my job and for my house. I have never been disappointed and always found everything that I ever needed. Someone is always asking if I need help, which is very comforting to me.

Sharleen , who you will find in the garden center is always so thoughtful and helpful. She is energetic and is always a pleasure to deal with at the register. She double checks to make sure you’ve gotten everything that you’ve needed and ensures your departure is complete.

I came in for help with a leaky toilet. I looked around plumbing for help and no one was there. As I stood looking at all the pipes two employees began to chat at the end of the aisle and another started shocking shelves next to me. None of them ask if I needed help or said a word to me. It was horrible to feel so ignored. And unwanted as a customer.

I use this store frequently and the staff is very helpful (when you need help). It is always well stocked with alternatives for most products.

We paid for 20 bags of concrete and the experience couldn’t have been better. Although they were very busy, the cashier called for help and Tyreece was really great. Good old fashioned top notch customer service. He greeted us and told us he would get the bags off the shelf for us. He met us with the 20 bags of 60 lb concrete that were on a shelf 4 feet off the ground and loaded them very carefully and neatly into our truck bed. He made every effort to make it all fit and saved my husband’s back. He was also very friendly and personable. So nice to encounter a helper that is gracious and hard working. We are kinda blown away by how willing he was to be helpful even though it was definitely some hard work. What a blessing.

Everyone at this store was very willing to help me find everything I needed. Not like other places that people look busy and don’t bother to ask you if you need any help. This was very helpful to me!

I bought upright freezer today, the young woman who help me great in her position. He help from purchased to wheeling out to the car. She deserves 5 star

Make sure if you have a large or heavy order sent to Home Depot in Port St. Lucie and it requires someone to bring it to the front of the store On a truck lift call ahead, so they will have it ready and instead of having to wait an hour as I did

I was told someone would have to come out and premeasure (for a hefty price) and give me a price. If I didn't like his estimate, I could pay AGAIN for a 2nd quote. I went elsewhere!
