We bought a stove a week ago, set for August 31 delivery. We spent $1100. Then we came back the following week to buy a refrigerator, spending $2098. The promotion was that if you spend over $3000, you receive $450 in discounts. Unfortunately since we had bought the stove previously (we have not received delivery yet), we would not receive the $450. The only way to get the discount would be to cancel the stove purchase and then re-buy it. We were willing to do that as long as we can still get our stove delivered on the original delivery date (in 2 days). We were denied. We would have to wait 12 days for delivery. Our current stove at home was broken. We needed one ASAP. We were treated rudely and told that our way of thinking was not "the Home Depot way of thinking". This was demeaning and patronizing. Here next day, I called and spoke with Stephanie, I advised her of our dilemma. She offered an additional $150 discount, coupled with the $250 that we expected from the $2098 refrigerator purchase would give us a total of $400 in discounts. This is $50 less than we were entitled to. I thought it was a fair accommodation. Unfortunately, it did not work out that way. When I went to the store, we came to find that the $2098 refrigerator did not qualify for the expected $250 discount. It only qualified for $100. This was due to the fact that the.computer saw the refrigerator as a $1698 refrigerator with $400 of panels. As far as I was concerned, it was a $2098 (price tag on refrigerator said $2098). The net result is we received $250 in discounts , instead of the $450 that we were entitled to. We are owed that

I am not comfortable with having to find an associate to unlock the gate on a shelf to access the item, and then 'escort' me to a cash register to complete my purchase. If it were not for the fact that Ryobi products are only sold at Home Depot in my area, I would not shop at Home Depot. What a shame.

While we wait to receive our appliances this Saturday from the store we were very impressed with our shopping in store for the appliances we need. We will return again.

The customer service agent was cordial and helpful. I was concerned about my sales total. The agent pointed my concern and the right amount was correct. She didn't have an attitude and I appreciate her help.

Jalen wrung up my products (which were from multiple departments) at the flooring desk and helped me load my truck which made everything quick and simple.

Very pleased with my experience in purchasing new carpet for my bedrooms. First day I arrived and talked to the flooring associates. Associates explained the differences on the carpets Home Depot carries. Thoroughly answered all my questions. Felt very confident and comfortable in working with these associates so returned the next day to,purchase my carpet from this store.

I wish you could hire more people like Tracey Johnson who is graced with an impeccable persona.

I had a great experience here. I was greeted & all my questions-I had was answered. Its nice to had felt seen.

Beautiful selection of flowers, plants and succulents. All nicely organized and fairly priced. Some plants needed watering but there was an employee going around with a hose when I was there. Loved the giant fans during the hot afternoon.

If you need to purchase an appliance at this store, highly recommend working with Ms. Tracey Johnson. She is professional, knowledgeable, patient and focuses on your needs without the notion of “just making a sale”.

I had a conversation with a female manager named Stephanie very early after the store had just opened. I am sure that she was busy trying to get things done as customers were starting to come in. She took the time to listen to me. She explained how I had made a mistake in measuring a door and then she let me return the door after it had been opened.

Almost every time I come in here and ask for help I get met with “ I dont know” with no offer to find someone that does ( my questions are elementary level handyman at best) or I get met with the attitude that they can’t be bothered to help. It’s getting tiresome. I do shout it to the guys in wood section who are always awesome!

I purchased a. 12 x 8 cut of outdoor turf and the two associates that assisted me Margaret and Justin were phenomenal. Justin even carted my purchase to my truck and loaded it for me. I insisted on giving him a tip and he kindly declined telling me he’s happy to help. In a world where customer service has taken a back seat I must convey that Margaret and Justine are holding the line.
