We had such an excellent purchase experience because of the level of care Ms. Johnson showed us when purchasing our new refrigerator.

I found this store not only to open on Easter, but was well staffed! I was able to select as an older person lawn equipment to take care of my lawn needs! Team members were courteous and able to help me! Kudos Home Depot!

The Home Depot store near Chesapeake Square staff are friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store for purchases. The store is stocked with all your home needs and the staff are eager to serve.

The employees in this store are exceptional. They collaborate together and have fostered an environment that is friendly to the everyday consumer. I wish there was a location closer to where I live but I am willing to travel 45 minutes from home to shop at this Home Depot. Nothing beats great customer service. I was directed to the specific isle where the product I was shopping for was located. I didn't have to wonder around the store with the deer in the headlights look. LOL

The store was clean all items was stock in bulk fashion. The crew greeted you so friendly. Plus it wasn't a long wait at the registers. And they was a helpful.

Tracey, our sales associate was professional and very kind, she helped with our purchase of a new washing machine. All sales associates should emulate her knowledge and kindness to their customers. Well done Tracey.

We were on the hunt for a significant amount of paint for our new home. We had been to 2 other stores already with less than helpful or pleasant associates. At Home Depot, Sheila greeted us immediately and helped us with all our paint needs. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! 5 stars all around!!!

Eric in flooring was very knowledgeable and helpful and we were very pleased with our vist.

My favorite location by far. Very pleasant and knowledgeable associates. Cashiers are nice and Service Desk associates are splendid. Returns cashier Zenda is super fast and always gets me in and out in no time. She's very knowledgeable of her position.

Stopped in for a 50 pound bag of annual rye grass seed. ONLY ONE BAG WAS LEFT, it was damaged. Seed was spilling out of multiple holes in the bag. Put it in the cart since it was the only one available. No other brand available either. Asked the manager, Shantell, if she could please discount the damaged bag of grass seed because the bag was no longer full, still spilling seed...and since there wasn’t another bag available on the sales floor. The manager Shantell told me “no discount“. Shantell said she “already culled all her damaged product today and hit her damage discount quota for the day.” I asked if someone should pay full price for an underweight damaged bag still spilling out seed? She said yes because she already hit her damage quota and there was nothing she could do. She said the bag would be culled later tonight and discounted for tomorrow. Focusing on your daily damage quota instead of using common sense to do what’s right is not a good way to conduct business and definitely not the right way to treat a customer. Disappointed in the customer service, I left the bag of grass seed and bought it at Lowe’s instead. I know you can do better Home Depot. Do better.

The store is always clean and all of the employees are always pleasant and helpful. The seem to maintain a good stock of items. If I have trouble finding an item, someone is always ready to point me in the right direction.

The store has a great customer service department at least as far as Tracy is concerned and the assistant managers were solution oriented.

Tracey was awesome!! She was very professional, courteous and paid careful attention to detail. I will return to this Home Depot simply because I recieved great service today by Ms. Tracey. When you have positive interactions with workers such as Tracey, it makes shopping that much easier, this young lady exemplified great service !!!

I came to Home Depot to find items for home improvements. I was treated with prompt and courteous service. I was surprised at the attention provided to me by Audreyann as she was outstanding. Audreyann demonstrated outstanding customer service, she was knowledgeable and very kind. I was pleased to have spent my hard ear monies today at Home Depot. As a result of the great customer service , professionalism of the workers, I will definately return.
