I made an appointment to meet with a flooring specialist 4 days in advance, and took the morning off work. My appointment was at 8am and when I arrived, I was informed that no one had scheduled anyone for my appointment slot and that I would have to wait a full hour for an employee to show up that could help me. No one apologized or seemed the least bit concerned that they had messed up so badly. This experience wasted my time and the disregard for cutomer's valuable time was unbelievable.

The employee who helped us yesterday was excellent—very helpful and kind. Her name is Eyanda (I may not be spelling it correctly).

I. Went a power trial and it did not work and I made me by the part to fix it

When a splash card was present showing money off an item I was told that the price was the price and there was nothing that could be done.

Lauren (male) in customer service and Jay in the paint department are the two most valuable and personable representation of the Home Depot you have in the store! They are always on point, always happy to help, and always the there when you need them! They deserve a raise! I’m a 6 day a week pro customer who has shopped at this location every single day for almost a decade.

I came in only to buy one item & wound up buying multiple items. An associate in the bath department helped me to decide on the extra items 😉 Thank you! 😉

The store is understaffed. I have to wander all over to find someone to help me. I’d gladly pay more for products if the staffing was increased. Corporate greed at its finest.

The always have what I need and most of the staff are very knowledgeable.

Easy enough to find what I needed however there were only self checkouts and the space to check out is very tiny so it made self service EXTREMELY cumbersome.

Charles street stores have cops looking over your shoulder employees not moving out of your way and chatting about girlfriends as the isles are blocked for fork lift activities

I think it's a shame that the store is 90% self check out i pay a premium price for the products and would expect someone to check me out, very sad that you are taking away jobs from the people

At first, I assumed the person was just having a bad day, but every time I go to use the self check out I happen to see the same little white lady with glasses. She is a little obnoxious and rude. She’s just stares at you the whole time hovering over you like your shoplifting Mind you there’s cameras everywhere and a police officer standing right there but yet she’s acting like she’s Captain America could be A race if so She’s definitely in the wrong store. If that’s the case , this is my fourth incident with the same lady always checking my stuff saying I didn’t scan something it’s just ridiculous.

I try to remember names, and I even asked him. Well the Paint guy was clutch! After being misdirected by a newbie and directed to the other side of the store, The Paint Guy was able to show me where a Chainsaw was and help me with the purchase. Thanks Paint Desk guy! I will swing through again because of your "take the bull by the horns" , solution solving attitude. It was great to meet you! I appreciate folks like this who are PRESENT, PREPARED, and PRECISE. The ECHO 59cc GAS POWERED CHAINSAW worked out great today! Thanks again! Then Cira with a Smile cashed me out. Pleasant Lady!

Arianna the cashier was rude and unfriendly - she acted like I was bothering her by bring my purchase to the cash register... however this store has some really good employees. Arianna is the exception.

Great employee and team member. Gets the job done and very knowledgable of store items and locations.

I was waiting for 50 minutes before I was able to get something down from the overhead

Staff rude and one was high when checking me out and forgot to put two items in the bag I actually paid for.When I returned after speaking with eh manager that day, he did not even apologize.The entire staff grumbles if you ask for help or does not care what you want
