Management very disrespectful towards customers.

The paint and lighting departments are excellent. I use them almost daily. In the paint department, Joe and Allie are fantastic. In the lighting department, Louie is the man to see!

The store is in a convenient location and does have ample parking. My shopping experience was great - I was able to purchase every item I had on my list by receiving assistance from the Store Associate, Jose. The store was clean and neat and the Associate, Jose was courteous, friendly, experienced and extremely helpful. I will definitely return to this store again for all items as I need them.

As a contractor, I’m in & out of HD’s and other Big Box and some not so Big Box stores literally most every day. My experience at this location, particularly with Patrick in regards to bath accessories was unparalleled - Fantastic Service! This guy could have been the Manager or for that matter the District Manager with the way he so enthusiastically assisted me with the purchase of a tub/shower door.

Patrick & Allen at the appliance dept. made a huge difference for us. We'd ordered Washer & Dryer for our tenant and the delivery company canceled on us on the day of delivery.! So We went to the store at Providence and Brian the manger of the shift authorized Patrick at appliance department to deliver the units from the store to our property. Patrick & Allen took care of the transaction and not only delivered the appliances but also installed them since we had originally paid for installation.

Store recently changed its interior signage so as to omit the Spanish language. Why? I enjoyed the bilingual signage.

I went to this store 4285 and was approached by an employee SULLY. This young lady is what customer service is all about. I was leaving,not seeing what I came in for and she stopped me while I was leaving and simply said. Can I help you? Then she found what I wanted. A pergola. And assisted me all the way to check. I have been in customer service for 30 years and know what an exceptional employee is and she is all that. Thank you! Satisfied CUSTOMER

great product selection well stocked and presented fairly clearly

The staff here are exceptional, especially at the pickup counter for online orders, which is where I spend a lot of time! They usually know the system and process well, so they must have a great training team. It really shows. They get me in and out quickly and I really appreciate it.

Very clean and helpful staff

The store is a little on the older side, but the sales associates are all so kind and very helpful! Make my shopping trips very easy, and pleasant!

VERY HELPFUL STAFF AND FRIENDLY

Just went shopped for flowers on my visit. After parking my car and walking towards the outside section for flowers, a male worker came over with a cart for me and said "hi". Helpful and pleasant! There was a wide variety of plants and they were reasonably priced. Since it was hard to decide how I was going to select by color, I just bought what I was sure I wanted. Now after putting in what was brought home I am looking forward to going back to finish up getting my selections, before everyone gets out for Mother's Day! Mary, the cashier was so helpful and made sure I had plastic for my trunk as the plants had just been watered. Wish that kind of help could be copied in other stores I shop in.

Outstanding service from the employees at this store, they go out of their way to help. Your cashier showed me extra promotions you had going on and I wound up saving extra $$$$$

Convenient location

The store is neat and clean, I have been able to find everything I need after searching for it online as the online site has accurately given me the Aisle and Bay number making my shopping experience easier and faster.

good customer service at desk

Overall I received great service from the time that I called to find out if the store stocked a particular item to the help that I received loading my car after making my purchase. The cashier was very friedly and attentive to my needs in that she saw the items I p\rchased and called ahead for a male associate to be on standby to help me load my car. So when it was my turn to checkout the associate was right there waiting to assist me. I never had experienced service like that during any shopping experience in the past. SPECTACULAR SERVICE!! I would highly recommend this location for the best shopping experience.

Excellent staff attitude -- quick to help, well-informed about products, and helpful at check-out.

We have only been to this store on 1 occasion, however, that visit was marked by great customer service on the telephone and while in the store. M at the ProDesk was particularly understanding, thoughtful and helpful.

The employees there were very friendly some of them were stocking products and trying to get out of my way so I could continue shopping cashier was extremely friendly talkative and helpful also store was very clean and neat and in order

The Returns Desk is getting better then before the wait time is less then 3 mins before one of the associates will gladly greet you and solve your problem or handle your return Mark will assist you with the greatest smile and Ashley will assist helping when holding the phone to her ear it gets very busy at this location and these two are great at what they do god bless Home Depot for having such great employees

After standing in the customer service line for 10 mins this gentleman Name Marquis had walked up to the desk and said I can help the next person he helped my problem I asked was he a manger or a supervisor and he replied no but how can I help you so I explained my situation and he helped it big time I left with a great feeling that individual should be recognized in which I’m sure he is this wouldn’t be the first time this individual has helped me and made grate customer service for me.
